  • A captive Dalek threatens the Humans holding it prisoner, plotting to murder them as soon as it gets the chance.
Unlike the captive damaged Dalek seen in the episode 'Dalek', this Dalek is missing its eyestalk, gunstick and manipulator arm.

I'm just imagining how pissed off this Dalek must be. No vision, no way to interact aside from speech. No defences aside from self-destruct as a last resort. It's almost afraid. Which probably pisses it off more.

Never turn your back on a Dalek, even if it's disarmed

You don't hear a dalek sounding so angry in Doctor Who before now do you?

She just told the Dalek a the truth.
That's it's totally trapped, that it's weak and disabled.
What she said wasn't gonna fly with Dalek psychology and ideals so now it's going to scream and intimidate until it dies.

@@robotx9285 Why didn't the show have this type of moments? It would've made the audience fear and respect the Daleks more especially in the modern times.

@@matthewpastrikos7383 Doctor Who is a family series. So production can occasionally dip into these darker moments, they cannot do it consistently without some viewers going ape crap.

@@robotx9285 So a family series have countless deaths and destruction involved?

@@matthewpastrikos7383 Yep, Clones Wars is a family series too and it has a crap ton of death.
Transformers is a kids/family series and it has tons of deaths.
I think it's depends on weather the death is only for entertainment or if the death is ment to build up stakes.

That's how you know it REALLY means the threat. It's not a matter of duty for this Dalek... It's personal.

Dalek Bumps 665 subscribers (me speaking in a Dalek Scientist voice): [disturbed] "YESH! This Dalek sounds really really really REALLY PISSED off? At least I am an evolved Dalek with Human DNA who is in more control of my emotions and Dalek instincts.... unlike the other Daleks!"
