It must be exhilarating to finally have that control over your lives. I know what it feels like once i got out of the funk with my exes somehow it got into another and another til the whole health issues have came up and it was series of serious issues but we are at this point where we have a goal to go back to school because our wounds from ulcers that we almost had double leg amputation for is healed on the left and just about fully healed on the right. It’s fucking scary for us and we are trying to process all this and being accepted to the Deaf Academy of Arts for De’VIA arts (arts related to Deaf, political issues), then into nursing before we track into medical school. I never thought things would get better because like you mentioned it was always one after the another ALWAYS. And we are even still waiting for the next issue to come up, stressing about it because usually when something good happens, something bad always happens too. But i know life is like a balance, even though we have received so much rotten deal both yours and my system since childhood it’s our time now as hard as it is for us to fully embrace but we will embrace it soon. I’m proud of you! And you can connect with me anytime I’d love to be your friend as well. 💛🤟🏼 we can get through this and keep on trucking’!

As someone who also has scoliosis and some hypermobility I feel your pain and am so glad that someone finally found out what was actually wrong with your spine. I was lucky enough to be diagnosed with it very young but it still sucks.

If it is possible, would you consider making a video about going to school as person with DID? I am curious about, how the learning process and knowledge build up works

Ok but which meds do you take for pain? 😅

a muscle relaxer, naproxen/tylenol/ibuprofen (gotta change it up often), lidocaine, diclofenac, and gabapentin. I had an epidural and am scheduled for another one soon, which has helped me decrease my gabapentin use and stick primarily to low dose muscle relaxers, tylenol, and lidocaine. It's a lot but with my severe back and leg pain theres not a lot that helps unless I combine certain medications.

When you said: "correct my posture", - I immediately set up straight. I'm guilty of the shrimp stance as well 😭❤️‍🩹
