Peter:aka Herman Munster; why do you look so sad, I thought that this song would put a smile on your face? As you once said, in one of your TV episodes "why can't the world be like Mary Poppins?" The Seekers are about as close as you can get to that!
The Seekers are practically a national monument in their own country, and are still loved by many, many older people around the world. And thank God they do not resemble Mary Poppins, I wouldn't wish that on anyone. I wish that would knock both those theories on the head, but I doubt it.
@@Station_Master_13 they were so good on stage you could often hardly tell the difference, but this is almost certainly the original recording, which I have on LP.
It is them (though Judith's only faintly audible in the choruses), but the video clip is them singing something else (someone has suggested Sinner Man). There is apparently no video clip of them singing this.
I truly believe they are the greatest musical group this country has ever produced. 🇦🇺
Dear Judith Durham in Heaven forever and ever RIP with angels
Judith isn't really in this, other than audible in the choruses.
The Seekers have always been vastly underrated.
I also agree. The Seekers were underrated.

They knocked The Beatles out of first place with I’ll never find another you. That got The Beatles attention!
A great classic perfectly performed
This is lovely 🥰❤️
RIP Judith
Well done,,very well done actually!
Very Good
Thank you Denny
Cool!
Musically the seekers are superior to many fameous bands.
It would be nice if their mouths matched the voices.
The video is from something else.
It is sad
What is?
G, I didn’t know she died. When did she pass away? They were indeed a very good group I love them. Her voice was like a ringing bell.

I heard another version by Peter yarrow.
Is the vid out of sync or is it me
There is no actual music clip for this song. The footage is from a performance of another song.

They're actually doing "Sinner Man"...
