You can also get the same power nap music session but with alternative background sounds via the above link.
This 30 minute power nap track should be listened to all the way through for the best effect. The frequency of the track increases towards the end, to help wake you up and reduce grogginess.
It starts at 10Hz, then gradually ramps down to 5Hz by 6 minutes. It then starts to go up to 12Hz in the last 4 minutes to wake you up.
If you want to have a deeper and longer nap, try my Deep Delta Power Nap track: • Deep Delta Power Nap I...
Key Benefits of a 30 Minute Power Nap
A 30 minute power nap can help improve energy, alertness, stamina, mood, productivity, memory and reduce stress.
    How To Use It?
Find a dark comfortable place to rest your head and relax. If you aren't able to nap somewhere dark, try using an eye mask to help block out the light.
As you are trying to nap, it's always best to have your eyes closed.
    When to Listen?
Don't listen to this power nap track too close to bedtime, because it might disrupt your sleep.
The optimum time to power nap will vary, depending on when you woke up and started your day. This nap wheel tool will give you a useful guide: saramednick.com...
    Headphones Are NOT Required
That said, my personal preference is to use headphones, as I find they help to block out external sound and make it easier to nap. The choice is yours.
    Recommend Headphones For Sleep
Normal headphones are usually very uncomfortable and impractical to use while sleeping. I've had some SleepPhones for over 10 years now and I highly recommend you give them a try.
SleepPhones are specifically designed for use while sleeping, with thin flat speakers that are contained inside a very comfortable headband. You can use them while lying on your side and they also have wireless versions, making them very easy and practical to use.
A discount deal for my viewers: Use the coupon code 'MINDAMEND' to get $10 off any headphones purchase on the SleepPhones website.
You can find out more about them here: www.MindAmend....
How Loud Should The Volume Be?
There is varying advice and opinions on the impact of volume with brainwave entrainment, with some saying the louder it is the more impact it has. From my own experience, my advice is to play it at a volume level you feel comfortable with. The main thing to consider is that it should be loud enough to hear the repetitive isochronic tones, so you don't want it so quiet you can hardly hear them. But you also don't want it so loud that its uncomfortable for you. Somewhere in the middle is my recommendation. Because you are trying to fall asleep with this track, I'd start off by trying a lower volume and see how you respond to that.

I have been using now this audio now for almost 4 years. My sleep is very sensitive to I never used get NAP for 30 minutes at noon while I was in hostel(student accommodation) as Indian hostels are very noisy.
Without this audio my success rate getting NAP for/in 30 minutes would be 30% but with this audio it is 99%.
I am very happy with this audio that, I can is it whenever I want to get NAP and get relaxed. But I am not sure if this waves creates any damage to brain or body, I have felt any yet. I hope this is SAFE for life time use.
    Amazing work with this. 👌

20 mins is better, even 15-18 is preferred but it takes a min to get to bed. 30 mins you risk going into slow wave sleep which is a bitch waking up from. you want REM during a nap, unless its 1.5h+. some do 60 mins naps but its called a pro-nap for a reason, its stupid hard waking up unless you have some serious motivation and adapt to it...

I am really glad that I have found this, I was finding it really hard to get to sleep and when I did and I'd wake up the next day I used feel horrible and very agitated.
I have been using this track for the past three nights after using it just for a mid day nap and my sleep has really improved I am falling a sleep with no hassle and waking up in a much happier mood.
Thank you so much for posting this you have saved my sanity

Steve Halpern was one of, if not the, first to study create produce record music that affected brain waves. I discovered him 16 years ago and while he's amazing, I just took a 20 minute nap with this and it's wonderful! I woke up happy and energized. I swear it literally tickled my brain and made me giggle when I woke up and listening to it! I love this. Thank you!✌️

I purchased this and put it on loop. Slept very well. I checked my sleep tracking via my fitness watch, I had estimated 3 hrs of deep sleep out of 9hrs.
Usually I didn't sleep well, and the past sleep records showed that I only had 30mins - 1 hr of deep sleep out of 9 hrs. Gosh, years of bad sleep, I tried melatonin, herbal supplements and those barely worked. Thank you!

I used to listen to this one regularly and then as life goes, i got away from doing. Today is my first time back listening to in awhile. I went into more consciously to begin with, in that i was
      1. Conscious of my breathing. In breaths (inhales), diaphragm enlarging, out breaths (exhales), diaphragm sinking in and down. At the beginning, for 8x, (to go along with the number of chakras). I inhaled through nose for 3-4 seconds (enlarged diaphragm), held for 7 seconds (conscious of relaxation of limbs, especially neck and shoulders) and exhaled through mouth, for as many seconds as possible, until you can't exhale anymore (conscious that diaphragm is sinking in, listening to the sound of your breath as it is exhaled, trying to bring images in mind to a blank calm).
      2. Next, i continued to be conscious of breathing but i shifted to 3x of going through imagery in my head, of the chakras plus the breathing plus the relaxation of body, and incorporated the breathing with the visualization of
The primal region of the genitals - Where energies lie - Color red - exhale - Think "I am letting go". Inhale
Naval - Where knowing lies - Color orange - exhale - Think "I am accepting". Inhale
Solar plexus - Where motivation related to growth is brought deeper - Color yellow - exhale - Think "I am appreciating". Inhale.
Heart - Area of Gratefulness and Love (as the process of this breathing, goes back around to This area) - Color green (The color of life and earth) - exhale - Think "I am grateful". Inhale
Throat - Area of joyfulness (Where our thoughts get lodged - "As we thinketh in our hearts, we shall become") - Color blue - exhale - Think "I am joyful". Inhale
Forehead/3rd Eye - Where visions/transmutation scenes exist - Color purple - exhale - Think "I am peaceful" (for "seeing is believing" and what we see, consciously and/or sub, we create. Our highest and greatest creations come From the peaceful experience in SEEING WHAT IS. Our subconscious doesn't recognize the differences in "reality" images, whether via watching on a literal box screen in front of us, or whether in our minds). Inhale
Crown - Area of creation - Color indigo blue (representing night sky) - exhale - Think "I am free" - inhale
Circle back to Heart - Unity and pure love area (spiritual arena) - Color white - exhale - Think "I am loving".
      3. I did the above 3x and then went to just conscious breathing and continued relaxation of body. Here is where i will either A) fall into a sleep state, where i will be "somewhere in between the conscious and sub, or B) literally fall into a deep sleep, or C) not go into either one of those states. Today i realized, if i don't go into either one of those, i didnt need actually need, even though i was fighting hard the urge to take that nap. Right when i realized this, the music ended. Sooo, apparently my energy is good and didn't need to nap. Time to get moving in the activities today, that will spur better tomorrows
      😊

Check out the new Version 2 of my Theta Power Nap series @. Version 2 of my Theta Power Nap series. With this newer version, the isochronic tones ramp downwards in frequency more quickly, with the aim of relaxing you faster. The ramp back up to a higher frequency at the end is also 1 minute shorter, allowing you longer to nap.

I'm afraid There hasn't been enough research into the technology, to give a precise guide on how many times a day you can listen. So it is mostly down to your own personal preference. As this track is for power napping, I would expect most people to only use it about once or twice in a day though. You should consider that if you power nap a number of times in a day, it may end up disrupting your nighttime sleep.

    • @MindAmend

My power nap tracks are not ideal for going to sleep to at night, because they are designed to be used during the daytime. The frequency increases at the end of the power nap tracks, to take you back up into the higher beta frequency range. If you are very tired they may still work well at night, but you might find that they often bring you back out of a sleep. I have other tracks in my sleep playlist, which are more appropriate for using at bedtime: ruclips.net/p/PLveg0IEcZWN51USuXNTAXKJ43X6Q64Xlj.

Turned it on about 20 minutes ago, because I felt sleepy. But i didn't fall asleep. But these things don't put me asleep. What tends to happen is I go into a deep mode of relaxation. It's like being asleep, but not being asleep. But I also tend to start feeling itchy at the start. If i fall deep into relaxation, I can ignore the itchiness. Unfortunately this time I didn't, and had to stop after 19 mins and 41 secs. Still I do feel a bit more awake than I did before. What tends to make me doze off is if I put on a radio play, music, listen to someome being interviewed or whatever. ie something where I can close my eyes. But that's not ideal.
One early sunday morning, ie maybe around 1.30 am I decided instead of going asleep, I would lie down and just listen to some deep sleep music. I think i got through about 4 hours of it, I never fell asleep, but I did go into that state of relaxation.( I should say that for at over 10 years, I have the habit of relaxing in the bed before I get up. This is without music. It happens naturally without any effort from me. My body going from a stretched out position to a foetus like pose. Then from half an hour later, to up to 2 and a half hours later, my eyes just open. Often though I am in a kind of trance state for a while) With the music, I have opened my eyes feeling full of energy, and not in a trance state. Well this is what happened on that sunday morning. I just had to get out of the house and go for a walk, i was so full of energy. But after a certain period, I tend to start needing sleep again.

    • @irish66

oh, and actually nowadays i get the same effect even without the music. ie going into a deep sleep like relaxation. It's like watching a particular type of movie. eg comedy It's not always the same movie. But you laugh. Then one time you just look at a blank screen. But you still laugh.
