This is version 2 of my Theta Power Nap series. With this newer version, the isochronic tones ramp downwards in frequency more quickly, with the aim of relaxing you faster. The ramp back up to a higher frequency at the end is also 1 minute shorter, allowing you longer to nap.

Marvelous… Thank you. Will share. I set up a perfect 1/2 hour space. Was just re-calibrating afterward when an EARTHQUAKE SHOOK THE GROUND! Rad

I use this almost every night, to sleep, it is VERY effective, and I fall asleep fast, sleeping less hours (4 to 5 hrs) and still feeling refreshed to go to work... I recommend it !

Thank you Jason Lewis for these videos. I’ve attempted other channels & creators of sound therapy, but this is the real deal. Very effective! P1 video was great (also very effective) , but this second video has an extra relaxation vibe, especially towards the end. Huge fan of your videos especially the power naps are my favorite!

Hi, just an idea, what if you made this and add an alarm sound by the end of it? Because I slept for 3hrs on a 30mins video.

@@MindAmend nope, alarm sound at the end would shock a person and ruin all the good effects of this music

sorry you don t understand my question. how much time after lunch do i have to listen for 30 minutes to this music?

Sorry for misunderstanding your question. From your wording, I'm afraid still not 100% clear what you are asking. Are you asking how long after lunch do you have to wait before listening to it? If so, there hasn't been enough research into this technology yet to determine if it makes a difference when you listen like that. From my own personal use and all the anecdotal feedback I've had over the years, it doesn't appear to matter too much how soon you listen to it after eating. I've get feedback from people who eat and then nap to this straight afterwards during their 1 hour lunch break. I hope that helps.

This isochronic tones track will help you to get to sleep, but as with trying to fall asleep at any time, there are additional and various factors that can help or hinder you. You should make sure you are in a comfortable, dark place to sleep that is free from external noise and distraction as much as possible. Try not to drink coffee, energy drinks or take any stimulants beforehand or close to the time you want to sleep. You may find that headphones will help you to block out external noises. However, depending on the headphones and how you sleep you may find them uncomfortable to sleep in. If that's the case, consider getting flat/comfortable heaphones specifically designed for sleep use. It can also help to sit somewhere quiet beforehand, taking deep and slow breaths while focusing on your breathing. Any kind of mindfulness activity or meditation type process to help calm your mind and relax you before sleeping. Unfortunately, there isn't any magic fix but I hope the above suggestions help.

Just add, as you've posted the same question on another video as well, I will delete the other one to save answering it twice.
