Don't like the bell or voice at the end? Here's a "pure binaural" version: ruclips.net/video/ZpyhZffZv58/видео.html

I am 78 and at that “old man” age where my sleeping pattern has gone thru big changes. I sleep in segments which I have been able to make constant after some time. This whole series of sleep segments have made my life manageable. In the past I have struggled with turning off my thoughts by counting, breathing and so on. Using this sleep tool I now quickly turn off thoughts and relax. After a short time I have trained my self to fall asleep quickly. Even short naps in the afternoon. This all combines to build up my sleep time to 8 hours total over a 24 hour period. Very effective for me as a retired person. 🤡❤️

That's really cool, John! Thanks for sharing. I hope you aren't doing ONLY naps -- I hope you're getting a core of at least 3 hours in the night time to help you get some deep sleep as well. Deep sleep is super-critical for avoiding Alzheimer's, dementia, etc. as it helps "wash away" proteins that build up and disrupt your brain's ability to function.

I feel refreshed after listening, but rarely actually nap. Is that what is supposed to happen? Also I want to get started on n sleep without an bell or announcement at the end. Do you have one that just gets me started to sleep, then tappers off to no audio?

Must have bumped my RUclips history, this started playing while I was driving to work. I can't quite remember what happened next, but I woke up 30 minutes later, half a dozen exits past the one I was supposed to take, the front of my car rammed into a highway sign and a state patrol officer rolling up behind me. When he asked me if I was alright, I told him genuinely, never felt better!

These are by far my favorite nap tracks. I wake up EXACTLY when it ends every time. So bizarre, normally I fall asleep and I’m out. With these, I sleep, but is not a big sleep… it’s like my brain and body shut off but I’m still awake. Very meditative. I’ve probably used this 30min one 100 times alone. But the 15 and 20 minute ones are just as great!

This exists!! On this same channel, Jody has both an 8-hour sleep beat, as well as a bunch of 90-minute videos you can chain together into a playlist.
I really like the playlist format; I keep all the videos downloaded and reorder them slightly depending on how long I plan to sleep. Regardless of whether I do 3, 4.5, 7.5, or 9 hours (recommend intervals of 1.5hr/90 minutes) it’s always very restful, frequently dream-inducing. Good luck!!

I can’t fall asleep during the day (due to antidepressant). But my nighttime sleep has been really disrupted lately. I’ve tried several different binaural daytime naps as an alternative to more caffeine. This is amazing! I didn’t sleep but was in a sweet, hypnogenesis-type zone for about 20 minutes. I feel fantastic. Thank you, Jody!

  • @ResilientIzShe

Perfect. I've listened to it quite a few times. & my sleep is deep too, I dream & everything & the bell wakes you up. I think for those who it may not have worked for, maybe your environment was a bit noisy or busy or perhaps you didn't use ear buds. Ever since I listened to this with my headphones on, the quality of my nap is better and I don't over sleep nor have trouble falling asleep. Before using headphones, either the outside noises were too distracting to fall asleep, it took long to fall asleep so by the time I finally fell asleep it was time to get to work, or I didn't hear the bell & overslept because outside noises drowned the binaural beats & the bell.

Took me a while to drift off, since my thoughts are always racing. When I finally did and then woke up, I felt like I slept for hours, but in fact I woke up just a few seconds before the chime at the end of this video.

Love using this, works prolly 8/10 times, especially if you’re more on the tired side. Sometimes I think it’s not going to work and then boom I’m asleep and don’t realize lol

I find it so cool how everytime i use this, i'm directly aware right when your voice came up at the end. I always make sure to put up an alarm to ring 35 minutes after i hit play just to make sure i don't overslept, but i always wake up earlier than them! The only time they ring is just today when i was so tired and decided to close my eyes again after you told me to take over the world! 🤣💯

This definitely works well for me. Working night shift. Sleep for 5 hrs when I get home. Then have the power nap b4 work.

The beats were on point, the ending was HARSH! I usually use your 90 minute sleep cycle and someone else's 20 minute power nap. If you could make the wake up tones crescendo more softly and remove the speaking, I'd be grateful. 💖 🔥 🌹

I suspect you may have been listening a little too loudly. The end part should be soft and subtle.
