    I commented on this over a year ago.. I still love it! I'm a truck driver and there are times when I start getting road fatigue and have to pull over and take a quick nap this has been perfect for that. I wake up refreshed an ready to finish my day.

    The "wake up" sound didn't work on me 😅 passed out for 3 hours and have no idea what year it is. Great meditation 💕

    Pretty much every day I nap to this, set my alarm for 30 mins, and then have coffee with baked good once I wake up💕my favourite part of the day! Thank you so much for bringing us joy and peace :)

      Try drinking the coffee before you take the nap. It takes 20 minutes for caffeine to kick in so when you wake up you should be super energetic

    It’s 2nd January. I have ran 2kms to the gym did a leg workout and walked home. Had lunch while watching Cobra Kai. Now I loook forward to a quick rest

    I’m not a very emotional person but when I heard him say that the leaves wind and river told me it was OK to rest and that everything is fine I started ugly crying I don’t know what ticked off but it gave me such a sense of security and warm that I haven’t felt in years

      That sounds beautiful despite the crying because sometimes we need to release a lot of emotions and I think we lose a sense of security as we get older, so it’s wonderful to feel it

    Works like a miracle! The chime is gentle, but enough to wake up. After several days of using it, I wake up just before the chime, so no rude awakening whatsoever:)

    I have occasional insomnia, and last night got approximately 2 hours sleep. 😪 I used this to have a power nap, and tbh, i didn't think it was going to do anything. However, after 30 mins, I felt completely refreshed, like I'd had a full night's sleep. Now subscribed and not scared of my crappy insomnia, as I've got this little trick up my sleeve! Thanks guys!

    I get really bad stomach aches and taking a nap is the only way I feel better...but I’m also an insomniac lol. This video is the only thing I’ve ever found that always ALWAYS helps me fall asleep-thank you so much for saving me a lot of pain :’)

    I TURNED THIS ON AT MIDNIGHT SO I COULD NAP AND THEN GET CAUGHT UP ON MY MATH HOMEWORK BUT I FELL ASLEEP AND WOKE UP AT 10:30!! i know i’m a VERY deep sleeper and i knew that there was only a little “ding” at the end, so i should’ve known better
    fun fact i once slept through a tornado

    Excellent. I listen it when I get exhausted from work. It does wonders, and I feel refreshed and fully recovered after a 30 min or 1 hour of listening while laying or sitting.

    Hi there my name is Kathy and this is my first time doing any kind of meditation. I'm going a bad depression now and I can't get out of it because my mind won't let me, so someone recommended to me to look up sleep meditation videos. So I came across this one and wow it put me out for sure, I love listening to flowing water, birds singing, just nature itself.     Decided to use this as a study break for finals to step back and relax to refocus. I was asleep and relaxed but also fully cognitively aware, this video helped remove that feeling of exhaustion I was encountering while allowing me to continue to think peacefully to regroup and gather myself.

    I didn’t really remember what you said in the middle of the video but I remember at one point I was smiling and laughing while asleep. I can clearly notice my mouth was wide opened smiling. That was weirdly comfortable and satisfying

    This is so perfect, a perfect dip into the dream state for a quick recharge on my lunch break. I feel so refreshed, my headache subsided, and I am ready to get back at it. :) the chimes at the end were enough to wake me without scaring me or being too jolting. Love the soothing voice and the gentle nature sounds. I'm keeping this one for future use!

    I've already used this three times. Every time I don't feel like I'm going to fall asleep, then it's about 20 minutes later and I'm waking up 🤣
    Never made it the full 30 minutes so far, I just get up when I wake up and I already feel much better

    So perfect! I’m a very deep sleeper at night but never really been able to nap for fear that if I switch off I’ll go way too deep. I’ve listened to this a few times and it puts me into a lovely meditative state- not quite sleep but can see orbs and patterns in my third eye and no thoughts swilling around. It reminds me of being a child and having a picnic in the countryside or something. Just enough to refresh me and relieve some stress! Thank you, honest guys- I really love and appreciate your work. You have really helped me with bruxism in the past too! Love from Thailand 🇹🇭 💓

    I wish I hadn't been interrupted from this by my phone going off for three separate reasons in the first 12 minutes. I am so desperate for rest at this point due to severe sleep deprivation. Very relaxing sounds and will have to try it again another time.

    I thank you so much for this ,I tried many guided meditations and this one is really helpful, I was drifting away quickly around 2 pm ,I felt so exhausted the whole morning your voice is very pleasant and gentle and I felt like on clouds which carried me,I woke up one hour later and felt so well-rested, my energy is back,I really can recommend this meditation to everyone who needs to gain new power.     Did it today and that was a really good nap, woke up exactly as the chime went off. Took a few minutes to nod off but I got about 25 minutes

    This really helps to settle my ADHD mind, it takes a few attempts if my mind is really zipped but it's the only meditation that comforts me and makes me feel calmer and as a result it works ☺️ I do end up sleeping to this one my mind unwinds

    I've taken many naps in my life time, but usually I always interpreted "nap" to mean whenever I hell I wake up lol. Today I discovered that "power naps" were an actual thing, I had already the term before, but never really gave a second thought, I assumed it was just napping. Now I'm amazed that power nap literally exist, and my mind is blown. The idea of a 15-30 minute nap is absurd to the average person, but its actually works and its a powerful productivity tool. You just have to fight urge to go back to sleep when you wake up the first time, and then you are in the clear

    I just found you guys a few months ago, but I've listened every night and you put me to sleep so quick no matter if I'm drinking from a tree or floating in the water. Seriously you're amazing!! Now if only I could make myself start listening before 2-3am that'd be ggrrreat 🙄
