I think it was just a nice intent to spread good thoughts and love out to a suffering community, don’t ruin it! pray for the israelis and send out good intentions as she did for one suffering community, you do for another one, and let’s all pray instead of wasting time writing this crap
@@megansimmonscoles1167 I’m sorry, but the fact that she only mentioned one seemed to imply that Israel was the aggressor, when that clearly wasn’t the case. I understand and respect what you’re saying, but living on a college campus rife with anti-semitism and calls to “globalize the intifada” will tend to make someone like me sensitive to even implied Jew-hatred.

I normally struggle meditating for longer than 10-15 minutes but this one was truly amazing and didn't realise it was a full 30 minutes until I looked back into the video description. I loved feeling the gratitude from all the beautiful community. I'm so glad we're all on this journey together

Wonderful meditation felt cold around my feet. Saw Ra standing tall holding a rod/staff, another tall man and a woman wearing a sleepless dress with red and white block pattern I seem to remember my late maternal aunt having a dress like that. Thank you.

Yayyy!!! You are number 6. I’ve tried 5 guided meditations for grounding and some weren’t really the quality I liked, but most were infested with multiple ads. I just cannot enter a higher state of consciousness then be aggressively shaken out of it by an ad, then forced to open my eyes and get out of posture to watch for the skip button. You tube 100% effectively destroys those other videos purpose. So glad I found your videos. 😊
