    MOST FREQUENT COMMENTS:
    1) That bell at the end scared me!
    It definitely shouldn't be loud. 🙂 Keep your volume LOW -- 20-40% max.
    2) "I can't hear anything!"
    Headphones are REQUIRED!
    3) "Sounds weird."
    DISABLE any filters on your device (Atmos, DTS, surround enhancers, bass boost, etc) as they will interfere with proper audio playback.
    4) "Can I save this to my phone?"

Enjoy the reminder to breathe in, breathe out and stretch afterwards. • @oximas

      it's natural to sleep in 20m , in fact sleeping faster than 10m could be a sign of sleep deprivation and physical fatigue .
      even a 25 min rest no deep sleep is healthy and has been shown to have the same affects as 10 min of deep sleep.
      in napping you basically calm your brain frequency( aka thoughts /second which i would say is an over simplification , but its a good one)
      this reduction in frequency helps your mind clear toxins and lets the "brain fluids" pass more easily making you feel more fresh and more creative it also improves memory.
      my recommendation: try doing a nap-a-latte
      step 1) quickly drink a cup of coffee( black is better but i personally use milk) with ice in it so that its cooled
      step 2) immediately go to bed and rest or nap for 25 min
      that should give the "nap" more power, make sure to do it between 9-11Am maximum 2pm so it doesn't ruin your night sleep

    Jodi... I was sleepy, and still couldn't sleep but it does not only happen with your audios that as soon as I say hey I am going to sleep I can't I start thinking of other things even using brainwaves do you know why or what can I do??,... I don't mean that this doesn't work because I want to thank you for your 8-hour audios that's sometimes it's the only thing that can help me through insomnia!!... so do you have any advice to stop thinking when napping or at night?? thank you so much!

      Hey Estela, I hope you're having a nice day.
      Yesterday I saw a video on youtube called 'Infinite Peace: a meditators guide to mind and consciousness', it has 1 hour and 18 minutes and is profoundly useful teaching how to start meditating. I guess maybe this can help you a lot, or at least I hope. ♥️ Have a nice day and I hope you can get better from this imnsonia, I know how it is hard...

    • @marshabuuron4983
      @marshabuuron4983 3 года назад +2

      You probably had this advice before... but do you do a 'brain dump'? Put pen and paper next to your bed and just write down the things that come to your mind. Even over and over again as often as needed.

    • @bestbinauralbeats
      @bestbinauralbeats  3 года назад +2

      I agree with Marsha's recommendation to do a brain dump. Trying to "hold that thought for later" sucks up a lot of energy and will definitely ruin any attempts to relax, nap, sleep, etc. Personally, I have a universe of to-do items and an assistant who looks through it all to objectively establish some kind of priority order. Everything that pops into my head always feels like "the most urgent thing possible" but I know it isn't true.

    It works do not get me wrong...but one of the following has occurred: the volume in the audio tracks for beats were not leveled as the left pitch is SIGNIFICANTLY lower, ALL of my stereo headphones to include my Marshall's need to be chucked, or I am need of an audiology exam, (not the producer's fault) due to a marked volume level difference bilaterally, and that was a gift from the helicopters...probably need to do the latter.
