Hello beautiful.....i want you to know that i started following your workout routine along with intermittent fasting from 28th September and today on 29th October I want to inform you that i lost 5kgs in a month i was 79kg and now I'm 74kg....this is so motivating I can't tell you... Thank you for inspiring me...yet to reach my goal but the beginning is really good... Thank you so much❤️

Day 1: did only one set...not repeated it,feeling pain throughout my body😥 Day 2: did only one set,,I wanted to repeat but my body isn't allowing but I added some extra exercises with this set.....but I promise from tomorrow onwards I'll complete my routine...yehhh,,so BOL to me😅 ....did zumba for 20 mins in the evening.....uuhooooooo.... Day 3: done it successfully.....

I suggest you all ,if you are a beginner then please try for once , if you can complete it try for second round.. because beginner may find it difficult to complete even one round.. so in my opinion, you should first condition your body to workout by following her light workouts like walking challenge or funburn. Then start this one.. Those who are asking about calories burnt.. My height is 5'6" and weight 63 . My watch is showing 192 calories burnt in first round. Though i am not a beginner but i have stopped working out since 3 months because of some reason. Still i could not complete it second time. So fist increase your stamina.👍 All d best.

Just one personal suggestion, if you actually do the workout with the timer, people like us who see the video will find it more relatable and inspiring. If we just see your 10 sec workout getting repeatedly looped for 60 secs, i dont think it will inspire us and definitely will be less relatable. Its ok if you stop in between, its ok if you take breathe and rest in between the 60 secs, but hey c'mon thats what will make it feel real right? We are humans afterall.

Actually my leg calf muscles are paining after 3-4 days of continues workout. I do extra stretches and relaxed it after some days......But whenerever I restart the workout, it's paining again and again after jumping.
