    I did this today. In one session I covered almost 1700 steps N calories burned 81 only. But its nice workout. Even heavy body ppl like me can do it easily. Thank you somya.

    Gonna do tiz for a week nc🎊🎉💃🤩To make it more simple and clear u cld've also added the step count running side by side on screen to c how much steps covered in a set

    U people may ask that how I lost this much weight so u hve to be consistent n patient
    Avoid oily food , sugar, and packed food and every morning hve a glass of warm water with 🍋
    That's it u r on ur way

    Hii somya...I'm not losing my lower body portion . Though I'm following a healthy routine and active lifestyle too.

      I too have mi band but i shows less steps count than correct count...if you have doubt u can count it while making steps and compare with your band as i did..
