    I'm doing 2 weeks full body transformation 1 set+ This one week full body transformation....from past 10 days...I'm really feeling happy for myself because this became my daily routine as exercises are very simple and effective .....

    Dii I am 16 years and I want to lose healthy weight and fat lose and I eat home made healthy food and 1.5 hours workout in morning and I want to lose 10kg my current weight 57kg and target 47kg ❤️❤️

      1. Added Sugar
      2. Processed Sugar
      3. Table salt
      4. soda
      5. Fried food
      Have Soaked fenugreek seed water
      2-3 times a week
