I am a south indian and i appreciate having familiar songs in the workout. But i feel the movements are entirely hip oriented mostly swaying and twirling the hips only . Is it just me feeling this?

Being a South Indian, can never say no to rice, what to eat other than rice, can never tolerate chappathi, pls. I don't think there is going to be any problem if it is taken in the right proportion
@@lochi4821 me too but we have to take alternate brown rice was not good first week. Now I am used to. If we have to lose wt it's a bomb. I really lost 6 kgs after cuttg down white rice, milk and sugar n just 2 months

I usually do intermittent fasting of 16:8 and do workout 6 times week or try u r weekly challenge, dance. But now as I am focusing on studying I can't do I usually eat smoothie Idli Dosa Oats based dished Chappati Fruits salad Bread sandwich, Especially South Indian
