      I wasn’t believing all these comments of people losing weight but I had gained 5kgs and waist went from 28 to 31 in 6 months of marriage lol. Today after on off 2 weeks of her workouts and no specific diet I have measured my waist to be 29🥹🥹🥹 feeling so so sooo happy! Thank you Deepti

    I suffer from depression and currently is under medication.i tried out several exercise formats and your dance therapy worked out to be the best for me .Importantly I feel happy when I dance with you. your smile inspires me to dance and smile .thanks a lot for the support .keep doing what you believe in .

    Best part of your dances/ exercise is to see your smile and you enjoy your routines. Make them seem so easy. I got my husband to do dance with me and loves it too. Full body workout. However I don’t seem to get the # of calories burnt as mentioned

    Awesome workouts, most interestingly, I am doing this with my 8 yr old daughter and it's fun with exercise..so much sweating and we don't get bored to workout as before 👍👍

    I am back here after summer break and I love this routine. The earlier has been one of my favourites so far.

    I love this channel. I am someone who likes to do dance workouts but cannot do very strenuous ones. This is one of those channels whose workouts I am able to do while enjoying myself and seeing the results. Indeed I am looking forward to my workout time daily and I am able to do it consistently as well. I lost few pounds already but looking forward to losing more. I am glad I came across these workouts.     First let me say I really enjoy your classes, they are so upbeat and happy! The one thing I can't agree with is your calorie count you post on the videos, such as "300 calories", "400 calories," as I do a variety of other's workouts each week and my Galaxy watch comes within 25-50 calories of what's expected in theirs, but if I do 25-35 min workouts of yours, I can't push it more that 225 at best, no matter how intense my movements, so I can't understand why your using those numbers when someone would have to weigh well over 300 pounds to attain your posted numbers. Can you please be more realistic so are sure to meet our goals we set? Your videos are great, raise my heart rate to keep continually in my maximum heart rate, anaerobic, and aerobic zones the entire workout and I'm overweight, yet I never come close to burning those calories in your range posted, though burning 225 calories in 30 min is good. Thank you for your free videos, it gives us hope we can accomplish our goals when you bring such energy and fun sessions!

      But in one of her comments she has mentioned that the calories count in her title also includes the after workout burn ...so I think it's quite fine...😅😊

    Thankyou deepti for your workouts. If it wasn’t for ur workouts I would never be able to exercise. Tried other Zumba exercises before I seen ur videos and couldn’t do them. After staring urs I can others alot better. Lost bout 2 stones with ur workouts

    Oh my God ,, baapree baap,, maine Socha tha 30 mints tak karungi bilkul stop nahi karungi ,, but 10 mints ke baad baapreee Itnaaa saara sweating oh my God ,, itne se hi pata chalta hai ki Ye jo workout hai na bohot hi jyada effective hai guiz so plz agar aap mere tarah patli hona chahte ho so I recommend to do diz workout I sure Aap agar Ye workout daily karoge na after 30 days you will definitely get your results ,, mai toh ajjse Ye 30 days keliye karne wali hun ,, my present weight is 70 and am 15+ let's hope for the best result ,, so milte hein 30 days ke baad !

    Really I wants to thank you mam. A zumba class fee in our Kolkata is around 1-2k and that's a pretty huge amount for my parents.

    Hey Dipti Mam, I've been doing your workouts since last 3 months and I've lost quite a lot of weight..But a few days back I got a muscle tear and I'm recovering from that. Doc asked me not to do any kind of workout for a few days but he said that I can walk. So can i lose weight by walking 5k/6k steps daily?

      I think you should ask your doc... Maybe 10k is sufficient each day for weight loss but you can start with less and increase it as you progress through the week. But it's best to take complete rest and it will heal faster than if you continued to workout with the injury.

      Cause I've my JEE exams next year so all I've to do the whole day is study and walking helps me to release the stress.. so for a few months I'll prefer walking..but does it really help in losing weight?

    Hi Deepti, Love u loads. Big thanks to you . post delivery I put on too much and there was no any way to loose weight and be consistent on diet and exercise. But bcz of energetic , Musical and wonderful work out I become consistent and doing it daily. I loose 6 kg weight Planning to reduce more 6k in next 2 months. Best wishes to you.     Day 2 completed on 15th may 24
    1) can we do it on bare foot at home aur shoe is needed?
    2) can belly fat thigh fat can be burned with these dances?
    3) I m 33 and my weight is 56

    Mujhe one n half month hua h.ye Zumba workout krte hue. Weight loss me abhi 2-3 kg difference Aaya h. But fat loss I mean inch loss me kafi difference h. Direct waist 4-4 inches Kam hua. Kahi 4 inches Kahi 2 inches tk Kam hua h. N XXL se ab XL b loose hone lga h.

    Hi deepti. I have been watching your videos for the past year. Whenever I do this exercise I feel back pain. Should I wear a belt while doing this? Even though my back usually hurts after the exercise it has really helped me with keeping my weight under control 😅
