Get yourself in front of a mirror. Look at your clavicles. Look at your anatomy. Do you have one clavicle higher than the other? You probably have an elevated shoulder on that side. Shocker! 👀
Now get in there and touch your clavicles. Feel the bones. Is one sticking out? If so, that side is probably pressed forward. 😲

I rotated it back and im tryyna keep it that way maybe to movements with shoulder rotated back as the issue is the clavical bone sticking out from shoulder in the forward position. Therefore i conclude by stating doing the opposite of the forward shoulder which is backward shoulder move and hold , up downs, movements and wall push ups then progress
I love how you say mis alignment and not not symmetrical, for so long my injuries persisted because my thérapies focused on symmetry instead of personal alignment. I meant that my body will never be perfectly symmetrical but it can find alignment.
In médiatisions I realised one day that when one stacks rocks in an aligned manner you find stability but none of those rocks are symmetrical and there in lies the misconception, alignment does not mean symmetrical. ❤

I am suffering from this, and it's quite uncomfortable and painful. I tried all the therapy, but there is no avail .

The following might help, it's what I do to straighten my back. Stand in a doorway, put both hands up behind your neck. Keep your feet together, standing straight. Position one elbow inside the door jamb and then the other elbow outside of the door jamb towards your back, (not towards your front).
Arch your upper body forward, pushing your chest out, as if trying to get your shoulder blades to touch. Push your butt towards the back. Keep both arms level. I wiggle my body around a bit. I do this a couple of times a day.
I had rotator cuff surgery (2x)and have an implant. I tend to hunch forward which makes the implant tilt forward. It looks weird. Hopefully this will help. Let me know 👍

The side of your neck with a higher shoulder is going to be really tight and you will notice it when you do the look away stretches

So Excercise both sides equally. ( issue is Dominant side does Daily tasks keeping imbalances)

I dont really play volleyball at all but have had friends only said for Back pain and as normal Muscle pain due to too much stress and not stretching properly enough ( they were lazy😅 )

I mean when I relax and stand straight the right shoulder is lower and more forward. Somehow volleyball spikes and serves caused a change in how it sits. It does not hurt if I don't play. But if I play it gets more and more aggravated and soar with each session.

@@serg3yhey did you find solution to this im dealing whit same problem in my right shoulder from volleyball trying to find a way to fix it. I went to chiropractor a couple of times but id didnt help i dont think flexibility is problem ether since im preaty flexible if you did find way to fix it i would be greatful

I have a pretty bad a/c tear so one shoulder hangs about 2 inches lower than the other. Makes working out suck but I really like working out
Well It shouldnt - maybe poor med and low trapezius engement. Had similar and loose feeling like out of socjet - many told me It was roatator cuff but It was trapezius

I fucking have this! My right shoulder is more elevated. It's frustrating because it makes it seem like I'm partaking in a certain extra curricular activity too often if you know what I mean.
An elevated shoulder is different than an overly developed upper trap. Could be you've got both. :)

I suspect that I may have fractured my right collarbone during sixth grade, however, I never disclosed this to anyone. Now that I am an adult at the age of 21, I experience significant muscle imbalances and a feeling of a pinched nerve behind my right shoulder blade. I also notice that my right-shoulder slouches more and right upper body muscles tend to activate effortlessly, while my left-side muscles struggle to activate and flex. Regardless of how much attention I give my right side always feels more sore when I wake up in the morning compared to the other. It saddens me that I can’t workout properly without causing more harm to my body I need the doctors but idk shiznet about insurance and doctors 😂

Tingling is often caused by nerve compression in the spine. Betting you live with your upper spine rounded and shoulders hunched forward a bit.

Most likely an issues with uneven hips. That's what usually causes a high shoulder. Look up left aic or right bc pattern otherwise known as lateral pelvic tilt.
