    hey guys
    this is a full follow-along Uneven Shoulder Correction Routine. It only takes 5 Minutes to do one full routine!
    Do it on a daily basis 2-3 times a day!
    Have fun :)
    ※Please be careful always not to overdo any exercise.
    You should only move to the extent you feel comfortable and be slow and soft.
    If any pain or discomfort is felt then you have two options : 1. Decrease the intensity to the point you feel refreshed. 2. Rest for a few days and you may start again.

    I generally comment less however this one is gold and deserves a lot of appreciation. This FOLLOW ALONG video has 4 simple and very effective stretches. You can easily feel how it target the exact points highlighted in red in the videos. Immediate effect on balance and also overall shoulder MOBILITY. RUclips should only show this video if anyone searches anything about shoulders!

      How much time will it take to fix this issue I have muscle spasm in gym few weeks ago in my upper traps and I think it's because of that tight muscle somewhere maybe which causing my shoulder look uneven??

      It's not scoliosis .scoliosis doesn't treat with exersice .it's muscle misalignment

    I found my left shoulder has a bone stand out, my shoulders seem to be uneven, after doing these exercises once, it immediately makes my shoulders look much more even, thank you a lot.

      @@codewithkabare4688 i worked out 5 times. It took me 30 minutes to notice the change. It's still not perfectly straight but it's way better so I'm gonna keep working out. I wish you a fast recovery!

    I am confused about the SHORTER AND TIGHTER side... What does it mean? My RIGHT side is bigger than the LEFT side. I can easily see it in mirror.     hey im sorry for the dumb question im about to ask, but is the higher shoulder the tight one? My right shoulder is a bit higher than my left one so should i focus on the right muscles?

      Usually the lower shoulder is tight. Moreover it depends on the side you use for working. For example if you are right handed and don't use or use your left hand very less, then your right hand will be lowered. It happens with me also . No worries . It can fixed with regular stretching and relaxing ur lower side muscles. 🙂🙂🙂🙂👍👍👍👍👍👍

    Hello. I have a shoulder imbalance but in the sense that my right shoulder is more in front than my left shoulder. This happened because of an accident in the gym where the bench press machine was imbalanced and my left shoulder got pushed way back.       uneven face jaw, eyes, cheek, i feel also
      into my hips, shoulders, leg, fat imbalance
      this started when the pandemic happens
      when i usually into one side of my body
      which is my right side laying in bed for
      8months watching tv and using phone
      using my right hand only then ive notice it
      last january when i took a selfie into my
      phone which is unmirrored camera in
      iphone, then i looked into the double sided
      mirror and i look into my shoulder blades
      they are not balance after then i started
      having work out didnt know it makes
      worser when i do planks and push ups, this
      how stupid am i, then ive research that it
      will make worse if i exercise, this made me
      embarrassed to get outside/ being
      shirtless, i cant take pictures
      Though people thinksi dont have a
      problem,
      Just keep prayi'n, this made us remember
      God, we can overcome this situation

    When i raise my hands normally i feel the bones around my neck sticking in (left side) and it's usually uncomfortable, meanwhile on my right i move with ease. And my left shoulder looks UP, tensed and the right one is lower. It feels kinda stuck when i move my hands in backward motion. Like i know the shoulder isn't rotating fully and exercises haven't helped much. i get confused if my left shoulder is the problem or the right one cos its lower😢 pls advise!

    the side which is tight is not short! i have inverse case..😔
