Hay could you share exercise for internal rotation of arm and frizen shoulder plz i'm having severe pain cant move my hand to the back no medicine no physio works on it
I’m 3 years late but I hope you guys see this. I have been to orthopedist, chiropractor, gotten massages, done physical therapy and nothing has worked for years. Once I get these 2 simples stretches down and was doing them correctly my pain has literally completely vanished. It felt like a sack of pain in my shoulder blade that would never go away. Once I learned to use these muscles together in these stretches all my pain went away. Absolutely insane and i’m so thankful

Does anyone know why I would wake up in pain down my sides after doing mostly the sitting back on heels / arms exercises.. ( no. 2 .) . . Also after I did them I had pain in the front under the color bone area.. Why would it cause pain down both sides of my back by the time I woke up in the morning... I know it's not necessarily the exercise.. but whatever my injury is ; is not good for me to do this when I thought it was.. Can someone please guide me.. I used to wake up with pain down my sides and it went away for a while.. after doing this it's come back.. I really need help from the man. Because he mite know where to direct me from here...at least an idea
Can't thank you enough for this. 2 days of doing this twice a day and my rotator cuff problem I've had for months feels totally better and I feel 20 years younger! I'll keep doing this daily from now on. Thank you so, so much.
This is truly amazing. I've been in constant pain for months from Bursitis, had physio, cortisone and just been referred to a surgeon. No need for any of that, you have just nailed it for me with these exercises. Unbelievable. Thank you so very much.
Awesome!! So glad to hear it!! Thanks for letting us know! I'm actually updating this video at the moment to make the exercises a bit easier to undertand so keep an eye out for the updated version. I add one extra exercise and change the existing ones slightly.
i have to come back here to say thank you!! this guy helped me with my shoulder pain, suffering for almost 6mos. after doing this exercise for 2weeks ive seen great improvements!!! thanks a lot!🎉🎉

@@ranaaboutaleb6753 I tore the muscles under my rotator cuff and also damaged my rotator cuff after a dislocation many years ago. These exercises combined with some others have definitely helped keep my shoulder in position and reduced my pain
Best yet!!! THANK YOU. After only one day, and I’m talking over a decade of limited sore shoulder, with the second one starting up, I have improvement whereby I can put a hand on my hip and tie an apron around my back without wincing….Your explanations and directions are superb
Excellent. I'm a Sports Massage /Injury therapist. With so many ppl stuck in front of Computers or driving the weakness of lower Traps is responsible for so many conditions. I've been banging on about this for years. Your exercises I've not seen before, so I'll be using them in clinic. Thank you.

Thank you! I have a broken clavicle that isn't pinned, and after 12 weeks, it isn't forming a callus. My shoulder is stiff and arm very immobile. I just tried these exercises and although I have very limited range of motion, I can feel a positive change already. So grateful to you.
After doing these exercises, my shoulders unlocked and the pain was almost gone. Thank you for sharing this knowledge, you are doing an awesome service.
Great to hear! (I'm actually going to try to redo this video at some stage to make the exercises easier to understand. The exercises are a big tricky to understand.) Thanks for commenting Che Miguel!
Thank you so much, from horrible pain to actually lifting my whole arm straight in the air with minor pain. Appreciate the video and explanation. You just did something iv been trying to do for months in just minutes. Im very grateful 🙏

@@Add_Account485 I am not a dr or PT but you should see a Dr for a PT script and get a MRI. Try that; otherwise, they do have cortisone shots or surgery too. Good luck.
Thank you for this. Battling a bad shoulder joint at the moment. I'm 61 and have worked like a horse all my life. It's starting to break me down. But in this wonderful United States of America, where you get two weeks vacation and 5 sick days a year, It's nearly impossible to heal. They'll soon kick me to the curb and replace me with another monkey to ruin. Thanks again, I'm starting the exercises tonight.
Your cat adds everything!! Makes the video priceless! And of course your wonderful exercises. The pain of a shoulder that throbs especially at night. I can’t sleep on my side with the painful shoulder. Can’t wait to try these. Thankyou and kitty
Another voice here adding to the chorus of people to say - I've been struggling with shoulder pain due to an impingement for 8 months. Physio exercises did not cure it. These exercises helped. Within 3 days I woke up without shoulder pain. So simple and so effective. 🙌 Thank you!
Hay I did this today after having painful left shoulder for 12 years as a heavy gym goer and personal trainer this has completely sorted me out 100% I only did once today except I used weights to emphasise the exercise and work the lower Traps more and its worked I'm pain free so I wanted to take this opportunity to say thankyou.
Coming back here to say… thank you so much man. These exercises are gold, and as I did 10 reps of 2nd exercise, my impingement pain was 90% gone already. I had a minor impingement but local physios didn’t tell me the lower traps correction and so I was worried. I learnt engaging my lower traps and serratus, and now I’m conscious of that throughout my workout too. Fast forward today, I have been progressing smoothly and hitting new weights on my compound lifts. These exercises are a gem and I can’t emphasise it enough. For the gym goers, the thing is that we focus on the big flashy muscles and that leads to imbalance. Imbalances between the big muscles and the smaller stabiliser muscles. I’d say focus more on body weight too like pushups and pullups/inverted rows, these are safer for the average joe. That’s my personal opinion tho. Cheers !
Thank you so much for this video! 🙏 I've been struggling with shoulder impingement and pain for quite a while, and your exercises have really helped. My shoulder feels much better now, and this has significantly improved the quality of my life. ❤🙏
Having had a bicep tenadesis and sub scapula repair to both shoulders (rugby injuries) I get constant severe pain in the right shoulder, having seen these exercises simplified the pain is lowering THANK YOU SO MUCH 👍

Rehabbing my rotator cuffs due to multiple tears for the past 15 months, impingement has become even more of a problem. I had concluded that my shoulder blades seem to be causing some of the problem, as much as they "wing". Thanks for an enlightening video.
RUclips is amazing if you know how to use it...I've watched a dozen videos about this subject, but yours was the only one that was spot on. The pain relief was immediate. Thank you, from Brazil!
I have been doing exercise 1 only, and it has stopped the shoulder pain I’ve had for 7 years. I had tried everything and seen so many specialists. Thanks so much!
It also helps with winging scapula, after 3 sets I can feel tired muscles under scapula and no more winging. I will be doing this exercises forever from now. I've been trying to fix winging since few years now. Amazing !
I’ve been doing EXACTLY the same exercises with the band as you demonstrated on the beginning of this clip, to no avail! Started doing these new exercises a d already feel a relief on my shoulders! Will keep doing the every day and WILL report back my progress! Thank you so much!😊

I was in the same boat. Before I found this video, I found a book about hanging from a pull up bar and that also worked wonders, as it creates space in the shoulder. That book is "Shoulder Pain? The Solution & Prevention, Revised & Expanded" by John M. Kirsch M.D., who is an orthopedic surgeon. Between the exercises in this Body Fix Exercises video and the hanging, my shoulder pain has almost entirely disappeared, though the tear damage itself will probably never heal. The position of bar hanging moves the damaged muscles safely behind the shoulder joint. You can do full or partial bodyweight, do 10 minutes of 15 to 30 seconds of hanging with a break in between. I use a workout timer app and use it to efficiently time this. Bar hanging pulls the bones and creates space. It will reverse the incorrect bone shape and positioning that has occurred, over time, the bones will regain the shape that they had when we were much younger. As soon as you're done bar hanging, that is the time to perform the exercises in this video and any other shoulder workout you wish to perform, because even when you're just starting with the hanging, it will create some temporary relief and you can do these exercises with less pressure on the injured muscles. This video is great, the bar hanging is great, the exercises my physical therapist gave me weren't so great, it was through RUclips that I found out about bar hanging therapy and also the Body Fix Exercises routine.
I just found this video and plan to use it based on the feedback comments you’ve received. I’ve had pains for years and haven’t found the right formula and have considered surgery. I hope this works
Been having shoulder pain for 8yrs with no answer from so many doctors, physio’s, chiropractors and they all told me to do the rotator cuff exercises etc, your forward head posture videos have already helped me improve the pain somewhat, hopefully these are the finishing touch. THANKS DOC
Yeah, people often need to do posture exercises AND shoulder exercises to get the best results. Here's an updated video about shoulder issues... ruclips.net/video/9JN6dTBAyIU/видео.html Best of luck!
Wow! That felt good like it hit the spot. I'm going to do this daily. I've had shoulder pain for a long time. Thanks a lot. And give your cat supervisor a treat for me. 🙂
So excited to find this video. I've been struggling with shoulder pain for almost 2 years. I found this video while watching the one on scoliosis. Thank you so much!
I definitely need to do this too. That’s the back shoulder muscles that a PT therapist discovered were weak last summer. Plus love the cat! So cute. I had a Siamese from age 2-21, and have had various cats since.
I'm going to give this a month or so and see what happens. There are many conflicting advice videos on youtube for Rotator/Impingement problems ... but I like this one. Logical, calmly & clearly delivered ...and I can actually feel my scaps moving about doing them. Thankyou.
I have had shoulder pain for years and I did exercise 1 for one set of about 10 or less (wasn’t counting properly as my toddler starting crawling on me), and honestly totally perplexed because to my shock, I am already seeing a noticeably improvement. Knowledge is truly power. Thank you so much for sharing what you know. 😊.
I had a similar experience when I first did these exercises. I believe it's because the Lower Traps and Serratus Anterior can become underactive and unused. It's as if the brain forgets it should be using these muscles but then these exercises force you to use these muscles. The brain then goes "Oh yeah, I forgot about those muscles" and starts using them again. (Similar to "sleepy glutes") I had a 50% improvement within 5 days. The other 50% took 2-3 months because the muscles had to be strengthened and that takes time. So keep going! Oh yeah... and check out the updated version of this video here... ruclips.net/video/9JN6dTBAyIU/видео.html
After repair of ruptured Pec major, 8 mos ago, I’ve struggled to regain forward flexion (hand straight over head). Lots of PT, hundreds of hours of exercises and a couple steroid injections later brought me to this video. While only a couple days into the routine, I’m finally experiencing gain in ROM that I believe will be sustained and hopefully without bringing back shoulder pain! Perhaps more than anything it finally helped me identify how my movement was modified and really only “hinging” in the shoulder joint itself. I’m not a physio so my explanation may be confusing, but I’m very happy to have found your channel and this routine. Thank you so much!
No worries James. 👍👍👍 There's so much you can do. Make sure you do 3 things for shoulders: Strengthen Serratus Anterior, Lower Traps, and Rotator cuff with these 3 exercises... (Updated video with extra exercise) ruclips.net/video/9JN6dTBAyIU/видео.html Release the Posterior Capsule ruclips.net/video/gtuT9AodDQ8/видео.html Release the internal shoulder rotators ruclips.net/video/J5xHnXLhtyU/видео.html
I should add... only do these exercises in the PAIN FREE range of motion. If it hurts your shoulder when your shoulder is in the overhead position in either of these exercises, don't go that far. It should improve with time but always keep in the pain-free movement range.
Great video, Just ordered Massage Gun after watching your other video. I have shoulder impingement, I can’t raise my left arm above shoulder height but when I use broom stick as support, I can achieve nearly full arm stretch over my head, but when I remove the broom stick support I’m unable to hold the vertical position, my arm collapses to shoulder height with pain. I’m able to do 2nd and 3rd exercises you suggest but not the first one. Can you suggest any other exercises I can do to strengthen the shoulder muscles involved in overhead arm raise ? Thanks.
Thank you so much for sharing this. I'm a PTA myself and recently I started having pain in my shoulder after years of not taking proper care of myself and putting patients/work first at the expense of my health. I'm very well aware of the mechanics of the shoulder and serratus anterior exercises one of my favorite for scapular stabilization. However, I really started noticing improvement when I started the other exercise for the lower traps. These exercises and someone else's video have helped me get rid of most of my pain and my painful arc in just a couple weeks. Thank you for the education and reminder that everything is connected and we cannot treat one part without addressing another.
Hi, I do not know how old is your video but I have been doing your exercise for about 5 days and my range of motion already improved . I am in a much better position than I was 5 years ago. I want to say it works, and a huge thank you. You will probably same me from a massive surgery.
I am in the process of successful shoulder rehabilitation that has taken years. However, your material seems super important to complement the previous rotator cuff and biceps focus!! Thanking you sooo much.
Thank you for this. I was stuck doing exercises that didn't seem to make a difference and will certainly try yours. I appreciate your clear explanation and the cat's contribution was also superb.
I am thrilled to have discovered this! So clearly laid out, I know it will help with my shoulder stuff that’s been bothering me for months, and will be back to report after I give these two exercises, a serious try. Thank you so much!😊

Your exercises have helped calm down my lower back and now will add the shoulder ones. Thanks for all your podcast exercises .Also, love seeing the kitty checking out what is going on ...LOL
I'm very excited to try this, I been having so many problems with shoulder impingement pain and weak muscles, I actually have a stage 1 shoulder separation where I took a blow to back of shoulder and damage that AC joint. My lower Traps and Serratus Anterior are always so sore I can hardly touch them. I hope this helps.
Very clear explanation and demonstration of the exercises -- I must try these as other exercises are not helping much if at all. Also, seeing your cat wanting to be near you made me smile!
Glad you liked the video. Yes, my cat is a great personal trainer! Check this updated video for the shoulder out too. I tried to make the exercises easier... ruclips.net/video/9JN6dTBAyIU/видео.html
I am more than grateful for these exercises. 🙏My back has been hurting for ages. Now I can hardly believe that there are still exercises that help me. I'm very excited to see how far I can push back the pain. 💜💟💜
Over the years, I have asked physios, doctors, body builders, personal trainers, even random people if they knew how to activate the lower traps, and I've never got an answer till now! Thank you! Your cat was the 🌟 though 😂, really helped you keep those abdominals down.
Looking forward to trying these exercises. Have had shoulder issues for over 40 years. Would have had surgery but the honest dr. Couldn’t guarantee my range of motion wouldn’t diminish
I've been having shoulder pain for the last like probably YEAR and I did these exercises ONCE and already felt a difference. Level=Expert this guy is thank you!!
Just been diagnosed with Calcific tendonitis in my left shoulder. Really hurts and my movement is minimal. I’ve subscribed to come back to this after treatment to help get my movement back. My cat is stoodby 👍
Thanks for another great video. I get so much relief from these. Particularly exercise #2. It’s similar to what you’ve shown in your previous video and it continues to be my go to exercise in my shoulder fix journey. Thanks again!
Thanks Rebecca. Yeah, it's essentially the same exercise, but it can be used as prevention and a fix so I thought I'd put it in there again as plenty will not have seen the other video. I actually designed the exercise. There's usually an initial improvement as the muscles are activated and start to work again. Then there is a second, slower improvement as the muscles strengthen. So stick with it! It's my fave.
@@shahee6579 Awe! I hope you get better soon. It took me about 4 months of daily work at home and now I’m 100%. Also, working on my neck helped my shoulder.
So I also have a supraspinetus tear also and wondering if these stretches would damage it more . Was it ok with ur tear and didn’t cause anymore damage to ur tear ?
Wow!! This exercise is amazing! Almost a year after the initial rotato cuff injury, my shoulder started to have far more problems like limiting the range of motion, giving nagging pain during a sleep, causing sharp pain with casual arm movements. I didn't do much to rehabilitate the shoulder during the healing because it always hurt as i moved it. Now i started swimming and it's been helping with the range of motion but not with the impingement. So I tried this exercise and even the first rep gives real tight senstiion inower trapezius. In 3 reps it's burning. After 10 reps it is on Fire!! Only on the side of the shoulder with impingement. Never even felt this part of muscle in the back before. I'm going to continue this with swimming to fix my shoulder!
Thank you for your kind work; I appreciate you. I've been plagued with neck and shoulder pain for years and am going into physical therapy at the end of the month. Just started today so too early to tell if there is any improvement, but it feels like it's helping.

I ve the pain in the left rotator cuff which I developed while punching hard on a boxing punching bag. I did 10 sessions of Physio therapy which includes current and heat therapies along with light exercises but it still hurts and I can't lift even moderate weights. I can swim but can't lift moderate weights. I will try this. Thank you.
Thankyou for your demonstration. I could feel a pulsating flare up under my left scapula. Sometimes it seemed to go cold from little blood flow, and even twitch at times. I knew there was something more. Opening and closing the gap wasn't enough. This routine may complete the task. Thanks again.
After 2 frozen shoulders, protruding scapula, then rotator cuff pinch I’ll try this. I’ve known for years I have some scoliosis. My sister had it bad, had a rod put in when she was little. Helped my rotator cuff by passive hanging then got that other frozen shoulder. Thank heavens it wasn’t as bad as the first but now I never really got my full range of motion back. I used to have one arm I could scratch my back but can’t now. It’s still unfreezing. It takes forever but it’s not possible to hang unless I do it one armed and hanging on even w hook grips is lessened. I’m going to try these for that scapula. Thanks. Cats 😅
Thankyou for these I will try, I've had shoulder pain for years since falling onto my shoulder from my bike whilst stationary and clipped in, surgery has been suggested with no promise it will fix this issue, I will try these and come back.
Thanks. I like a lot your excercise routines because they are simple and well explained... actually SO Well explained that it makes it possible to go very in depth with the movement without doing or needing much extra work.. that in itself is Golden about the help you are giving. The kitty is a nice prop too 😊
I dont know what to say ia have tried a various of excercise like hanging,ju raises, external rotation but nothing last longer to my rear side shoulder pain and discomfort, well i will tries these and report to you soon ,thank you vey much❤
Awesome explanation! I had a hard time understanding why my infraspinatus was in pain from so many exercises. This explained it perfectly without hearing the often rehearsed answer of “you’re just using these muscles too much.” Thank you.
Thanks! Yes, the poor Infraspinatus really cops it if the shoulder blade isn't rotating up enough. I've updated and simplified the exercises in this video actually. I'll attach a link. Cheers Michael
I saw a guy demonstrating a similar version of these two exercises in a video years ago. They were the only exercises to completely fix my popping shoulders and right side shoulder impingement issues. About a month ago, the impingement came back with a vengeance. I’ve been looking for that particular video almost daily since. I was exceptionally pleased and didn’t need any convincing that the two exercises demonstrated in your video are the real “key” to fixing shoulder pain. You, my friend, deserve both a thumbs up and a subscription for your help. Thanks!
Fantastic. I have fibromyalgia particularly on my right side and battle with my shoulder. First time I have seen exercises, other than the ones my chiro gives me, that won't hurt me more than help.
Thank you for this, clearly explained and so grateful to have found your channel! Subscribed! I have shoulder/neck pain for years and not one physio show me this exercise which seems to help! I have tight painful 1st/2nd rib and also tight scalene muscles which find it hard to stretch. Would you mind doing a video on how to stretch these areas please? I feel so hopeless and just want to give up…years of physio doesn’t seem to help. I wish you are in UK so I can get treated. It’s so hard for me to find someone who is experienced like you. I’m just running out of options and just want to feel better and my shoulder pain is really affecting my life and mental health. Sorry for the long message, I hope you will do a video on that when you have the time and have a good day.
Hey Anna. Thanks for the lovely message. Try these exercises. ruclips.net/video/0zcNvVnKjCA/видео.html They are for that higher area and exercise 2 will stretch your scalenes too. Also try massaging the muscles right UNDER your collar bone. Rub under your collar bone, or use a tennis ball to press in tender spots in that area. The pec major attaches in that spot and can affect the scalenes and ribs. I'll be doing a video on that area (related to AC joint pain) in a few weeks time. Hope that helps.
Thank you for making this video, I will be trying the two exercises today have pain in the rotator cuff area that was diagnosed as a pinched nerve that runs over the bicep ligament.

Thank you so much for this video.... you're right, the bands do not work!! I tore rotator cuff many years ago, but with too much working out in the gym, I ended up with tendinitis and fascitis of bicep. It's been getting worse and I can;t seem to find anyone who explains it all as you do with your clear anatomical references.. very helpful... and your cat is a very good assistant!!
I found these sets of exercises the MOST effective rotating cuff exercises on RUclips ( have gone through them all already)! Thank you so much 🙏🏻🙏🏻 Ohh BTW, the cat is sooo adorable and funny ❤️❤️❤😅
Wow! Did these 2 yesterday and then this morning with some rolling and I have not felt any pain today! Been dealing with this for over a month now. Thank you!!
I have tried lot of lower traps activation exercises, but this is the first time I actually felt the muscle contracting. Never even thought doing it while lying on my back. Thank you
Omg! Was doing exercises for almost a MONTH with MINIMAL to NO relief! After doing exactly what he said...NO MORE PAIN AND SUFFERING!!!! Mobility moderately improved and at almost 100% !! In just 72 hours!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! 🙌🏽🙌🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽
You’re the best and that’s so true. I would always stretch my shoulder and yet felt tense in lower traps it was tough to not know what to stretch first to head towards recovery etc. Thank you so much ☺️
Thanks doctor, teaching in a relaxed yet very knowledgeable manner will help me with these detailed and slightly complicated movements. Just wish the shoulders were a bit more basic but your video has been very helpful. Thanks again, and I'm now subscribed.

I am watching this at 12:30 am , hoping the morning comes to do those and wish my pain will go away too 😢

I can't wait to test this for myself. 😊❤
Best yet!!!

Thank you.
This Video is Really Good. However, there are two other good ways to fix your shoulder permanently. 1) get a Pull Up bar, and do the Dead Hang. 2) This one is a Must- Get some Indian Clubs and start doing the movements.
If you have a Rot Cuff tear you can't put your arms over you head without pain. These exercise might be unsuitable for those people.
@@michaelmiller7160I woke up with pain down both my sides after doing mainly the step2 exercise over and over .( Step 2 was On all fours/ arms rotated chin in, and sitting back on your heels ) ..
Do you know why I would wake up in pain down both sides after performing this exercise...
I also feel like my shoulder is hanging off worse today. Not better

Day 1 and feel better than I have in weeks of other stretches and everything else. This really helps. Thank you so much!!!

Wonderful! Thanks for sharing! 🙏
Thank you Sir!
30 year rock climber, but years of bad habits catching up with me. Grateful!
Yeah I did several years of rock climbing and rock climbing can be pretty hard on the shoulders, so you need to be proactive with shoulder exercises 👍
Climber too, with wrong habits until serious pain in my shoulder stops me from climbing 3 months already. Now starting with these 2 exercises 🤞
Wonderful! They can work very fast sometimes. Keep doing them though-- those muscles need to be strengthened to stop it coming back
Coming back here to say… thank you so much man.
Glad it was helpful!

It has been two months. How are your shoulders now?
Performed the whole drill once just now and poof! My shoulder discomfort is gone. After over a year. Thank you, good sir!
Been having shoulder pain for 8yrs with no answer from so many doctors, physio’s, chiropractors and they all told me to do the rotator cuff exercises etc, your forward head posture videos have already helped me improve the pain somewhat, hopefully these are the finishing touch. THANKS DOC

So excited to find this video. I've been struggling with shoulder pain for almost 2 years. I found this video while watching the one on scoliosis. Thank you so much!
You're so welcome!
I definitely need to do this too. That’s the back shoulder muscles that a PT therapist discovered were weak last summer. Plus love the cat! So cute. I had a Siamese from age 2-21, and have had various cats since.
Siamese are the best! So affectionate and companionable. And they live long lives compared to most cats
Siamese are lovely but they can be over amorous and become spiteful. They keep their claws very sharp.!!
I'm going to give this a month or so and see what happens. There are many conflicting advice videos on youtube for Rotator/Impingement problems ... but I like this one. Logical, calmly & clearly delivered ...and I can actually feel my scaps moving about doing them.
Thankyou.

How r u now, how is ur pain now
I have had shoulder pain for years and I did exercise 1 for one set of about 10 or less (wasn’t counting properly as my toddler starting crawling on me), and honestly totally perplexed because to my shock, I am already seeing a noticeably improvement.
@@BodyFixExercises Which is the video for the "sleepy glutes" issue?

Yeah, gotta get the lower Traps and Serr Ant working together. Good on you👍
Hi, I do not know how old is your video but I have been doing your exercise for about 5 days and my range of motion already improved . I am in a much better position than I was 5 years ago. I want to say it works, and a huge thank you. You will probably same me from a massive surgery.
Yes, it can work quite quickly sometimes. Always a good sign! Keep going! Cheers!

@BodyFixExercises how long shall I stick with it. How many weeks/months until I heal ?
@@shahee6579 Awe! I hope you get better soon. It took me about 4 months of daily work at home and now I’m 100%. Also, working on my neck helped my shoulder.

Awesome!! Well done👍
Feels absolutely superb with these simple exercises..ive been really struggling with a tear in my cuff but these little gems work a treat ..thank u 🙂
You're so welcome!
Sounds like you really need this. Good luck with it👍👍👍
Thank you for your kind work; I appreciate you. I've been plagued with neck and shoulder pain for years and am going into physical therapy at the end of the month. Just started today so too early to tell if there is any improvement, but it feels like it's helping.

Thanks. Cats 😅

Thanks!

Try these exercises. ruclips.net/video/0zcNvVnKjCA/видео.html
They are for that higher area and exercise 2 will stretch your scalenes too.
