Mine is HS 219. I believe it’s connected with the soundbar because the blue light is not blinking but it’s still not bringing out sound. Can anyone assist please

Follow the steps careful, after two try wait for 20mins before you reconnect and make sure there's no block between the sound bar and subwoofer.

Sometimes the subwoofer is very annoying, especially when watching the News etc. How do I disconnect it, but leave the soundbar running? ie I wnat to un-pair my subwoofer, but without switching it off at the wall

Unplug it the Soundbar and subwoofer from the Wall socket for like 5mins and then plug it back and then repeat process carefully

Its problem is if you turn off the soundbar for a while and turn it on again... the subwoofer won't pair automatically and you have to manual turn off the subwoofer and turn it on again so the subwoofer would search for its soundbar and will be paired. This is annoying.
