Mine keep connecting and disconnecting simultaneously between the soundbar and subwoofer what can I do to fix it?
Mine keeps doing a clicking noise on my subwoofer any help. Soundbar is fine I tried pairing manually still not connecting I got a solid red light.
Does yours make a clicking sound when switched on
I have tried but its not connecting and the west part i dont have a remote
Could it be that my Wi-Fi is not connected to the soundbar and subwoofer that's causing my civil for not to play?
it's not connected by wifi, it's only by Bluetooth
Soundbar is stuck on standby mode
Unplug it and then plug it back on after 5 to 10minutes
@@VinneltvI tried that and still on standby mode it goes on then goes back to off
