I just really wanted to take a moment so say how thankful I am to you!!!!! I look over countless videos and could not figure it out!!! I have a universal remote to my sound bar as I lost the old one, and NOT ONE person in any other video mentioned to press the mute button to factory reset the sound bar! Every other video has a remote with a large circle directional button and for the life of me I couldn’t figure it out! Thank you Thank you! I was in tears bc I had watched 6 videos trying to figure this out! Now I can tell my husband I fixed it, and know how to if it disconnects!!!! Please continue to make tutorials like this! You’re an awesome awesome teacher!!!!

My technicians had told me that the “card” is not available and cannot be repaired.. I thought I would convert it from Bluetooth to wired … my unit was not operational for almost 2 years and was almost discarded.. and then this magic happened… it took just 2 mins.. Amazing stuff mate.. resetting the ID with sound bar power off and mute button pressed and then switch it back ON!!! Boom.. it’s working …👏👏 Thank you so much… 🍻

This is the best video for samsung soundbar issues,very short and precise,other videos said l should hold the up botton down for 5 seconds but it didn't work but you mentioned the mute botton and it works immediately,thanks a bunch.

I dismantled the subwoofer and checked the board I found nothing suspicious thought worth trying with a new subwoofer circuit board. Before doing so I watched a Samsung video it was not very helpful at all too confusing then I found your video indeed it was helpful and sound bar and subwoofer paired up and connected. NVRMD I just did as you said and BAM! Subwoofer works again, blue light stop blinking and now it's on all the time and beautiful bass works perfect! I been dealing with this issue for 2 weeks since I changes my tv from 40 inches to 55 inches (Samsung of course 😂). Thank you THANK YOU! I had 3 options to buy another sound bar but nope not today! New subscriber.

My remote does not have the circular button that other people said to use. I used the mute button on my remote and voila! 👏👏👏 I was about to have my remote sent back...omg!!! It finally worked!!! Omg TY SO MUCH! My sub has not been working for months! NOTE if anyone doesn’t have a large mute button like his remote does their should be a button “SAT MUTE” if you have that button follow his instructions and your sub should be working! THANKS AGAIN!

My subwoofer disconnects about once every 6 months and I always forget how to reconnect it. Always come back to this video so thanks for the help👍🏻
