    My HW-F450 ZC does everything in your video but after I turn soundbar on woofer keeps flashing blue, tried unplugging woofer, pushed button in, flashing blue , mute button, id set displays, turn on sound bar, still flashing!!!! I'm almost ready to chuck it in the trash 😢

    My Samsung SM HW6500 soundbar wont show ID SET when switched off. Held the mute button for 30 seconds. Nothing.

      for the remote, you might wanna check Samsung's official site first. If not there, Amazon or eBay could be your next best bet. Sometimes local electronic stores surprise you too.

    Hi bro my Samsung soundbar Q990C is not working just 1 orange Light is on. I m going to samsung service centers butt he is noy resolving this problem i m just 2 months ago buy the Samsung Q990C soundbar. Pls help me Thanks

      Hey! Ugh, that's super annoying, especially since it's so new. Sounds like you've had a bit of a runaround with the service center too. Have you tried reaching out to Samsung directly? Sometimes getting in touch through their customer support can make a big difference. Also, since it's only been 2 months, your warranty should definitely help you out here. Don't give up, and keep pushing for a fix or replacement.

    The subwoofer on mine is connected but it puts out zero bass. I've turned mine up to 6 and nothing.

      Usually, that means it’s trying to connect but something’s not quite right. Try turning off both the soundbar and subwoofer, then turn them back on to reset the connection. If that doesn't work, you might need to re-pair them manually.

    How do I disconnect the sub connection everything I do the light just goes back to solid blue and still doesn’t work.
    Also this has been working fine for over a year and then it just stopped.

      Maybe try unplugging it for a bit, like a good few minutes, then plug it back in and try pairing again? Sometimes they just need a little reset.

    Samsung couldn't help me. Sub will not connect. I have the 950k 5.1.4ch dolby atmos soundbar. If anyone has any solution on how to get them repaired I'd appreciate the help.

      Have you tried all the steps in the video? Sometimes, a factory reset can help. If it's still not working, maybe a local electronics repair shop could take a look.

      Ay, qué lata con eso! Si la luz azul sigue parpadeando y no conecta, tal vez intenta resetear ambos, el subwoofer y la soundbar. Si eso no funciona, podría ser un problema más técnico. Quizás llamar al soporte de Samsung sería la próxima mejor opción. ¡Espero que se solucione pronto!

      Hey, I think u can still connect it without the remote. Try pressing the connect button on the subwoofer and soundbar, they should pair automatically. If not, check the manual for alternative methods. Hope this helps

      If you're trying to connect your subwoofer to the soundbar without the remote, it can be a bit tricky, but sometimes there's a manual pairing button on the back or bottom of the subwoofer and soundbar. Check for those and press them to see if that works. If not, you might need to get a replacement remote or use a universal one.

      Ah, that's a hassle without the remote! You might still be able to pair it manually. Check if there's a pairing button on the subwoofer or the soundbar itself. Pressing that could do the trick.

      Yep, it should be wireless! Try unplugging both the soundbar and subwoofer for a few minutes, then plug them back in and pair them again. Sometimes they just need a quick reset to get connected properly.

      Totally get your frustration, connecting these can be real tricky sometimes. Have you tried reseting the soundbar and woofer? Sometimes turning them off and on again helps. If not, maybe check out a guide or video for tips. Hope it works out for ya!

      Try this: unplug both the soundbar and subwoofer from power for a few minutes. Then plug them back in and press the "ID Set" button on the back of the subwoofer. Hold it until the blue light stays solid. If the light turns solid blue, it means they're connected. If not, repeat the process.
