Thank you for the question,if you experienced same problem in this video with the touch screen, 1st- try reinstalling your software,if its still not gonna work. Go with the 2nd option- Replace The LCD Panel,that includes the touch screen. Or 3rd Option- if you can find a repair shop that can replace the Touch screen only not the entire LCD panel.
Ok, so this disables touch screen but my issue is that HID-compliant touch screen has DISAPPEARED! It is a touch screen machine HP all in one and always had this feature working. It is not hidden and I cannot find it listed! What the heck? How do I get it back?
Hi, in this case you need to see a tech expert,the connector inside might be faulty, or its something related to the wire inside. Even though,you may try disabling and enabling the touch under device management tool,try to check also if your software is updated..

There is a cable attached to the board near the hard drive inside,thats your other option..you may turn off the touch screen by disconnecting that cable from the board.
buy a laptop with touch screen and pay extra for it and then disable it and use it as a normal computer.....What was the use of extra money we paid for touch screen?
@@superbrowstv dear,i just bought a HP laptop a year ago...as soon as it's warranty expired,it started to show symptoms of failed touchscreen,motherboard failure,Ram failure...now i got everything fixed but this touchscreen issue is still there.

what if hid compliant touchscreen option isn't there? I have an envy touchscreen with the same problem but that option isn't in my human interface
