Hi Jay. So I know this video is around 4 years old now so you possibly won’t see this comment. But just wanted to leave a comment as I’ve done this ten minute workout every day for the last 12 months alongside a minimum of 10,000 steps daily and a balanced diet. Not diet food, just a balanced diet and I still enjoy the odd treat.
I gained a lot of weight a couple of years back with the lockdowns and being out of work. My heaviest weight was 16.5 stone ( I’m 🇬🇧) I think that’s around 231 pounds?
I’ve never been that heavy so decided to get off my ass and do something about it.
I cut out all my crap junk food I’d got used to and just ate healthier meals and replaced sugary snacks for fruit and other stuff and started to walk and cycle. Within the year I’d mange to lose 4 stone ( 56 lb)
My goal weight was to reach 11stone. I got to 12 stone and struggled there to get to my target. I needed to hit that target as I hardly ever see anything through but I was determined to with this.
Anyway about a year ago or less I stumbled across this very video and have incorporated it into my daily steps almost daily. I have loved it and it’s been an amazing addition to what I was already doing.
Today I weighed myself and I have finally reached my goal of 11 stone 👏🏻👏🏻 I could cry 😂 THIS video got me past the plateau I’d seemed to stall at and had managed to help me kick that last 14 or so pounds I needed to make my target and I couldn’t be happier.
So I needed to say a HUGE THANK YOU to YOU.
This has been the key I needed to shift my last bit of weight and I will continue to add this to my routine as I feel so much fitter and I start my morning off now with this and it really gives me a boost for the rest of the day.
I also turned 50 years old last year and I have never felt fitter 😊
So thanks again for doing this and sharing it with us. You’re an absolute star buddy. I’m hugely grateful ♥️

Hi man, I'm an 12 year old and I just want to say this works out brilliantly. I'm 140 lbs/60 Kgs and I want to confirm this workout does infact work. Today is my 5th week doing it and it's doing wonders. I used to do just 20 minute spot running and do that 5 times but I was hardly seeing results. I searched RUclips and this was the first video I saw. Even though it's a shorter time it works 5X better than my previous workout. This is an amazing video, keep it up
