These 10 minute workouts are great.You gave me the inspiration to work out and every workout Im getting better and stronger.Keep doing what you are doing…For everyone that’s just starting keep going the first three days I kept my feet going but had to literally grab my breath🤣but now I don’t stop at all.I feel so much better.

Just chiming in here to say a hearty thank you to you, good sir. 😊 This exercise routine has quite literally transformed my physicality and my life in general. I've lost 2 stone so far (roughly 30lbs), have increased energy, stamina, vitality and enthusiasm! I do this routine twice back to back daily (plus extra if I'm feeling particularly invigorated) at an intensity level that produces a geyser of sweat! 😂 THANK YOU!

How much calories do you burn from this workout
Depends on bodyweight and how many minutes you do if you weigh 130 and doing it for 1 min you will burn 8 and if you do another minute of the same exercise you will burn 17
Just do running in place for one min and then rest for 10 sec then repeat and calorie deficit is important too all so to burn more calories try to elevate the intensity of the work out
