Day 1 AM done-192.2 lbs Update- restarted one month ago at 197lbs doing 5 days a week (Monday Wednesday Thursday Friday and Sunday) mostly plant based with a little bit of fish every two weeks ( personal allergen, so health reasons for me) After a month of doing this either morning and night or 3 -4times in a row daily plus my diet I went from 197-185 in one month! 12lbs! And lost an inch off my belly and half an inch off of my thighs and waist and my arms have slimmed and my face has completely slimmed! This works! Because I only hold myself accountable to do the 5 min, when I go to workout I just tell myself “it’s just 5 min😅” But then I get motivated when I start and see how many reps I can do! Start now! It’s only 5 min 🎉
Trying doing once than start jogging in place for an 1 to 2 hours and a half. The goal really is eating right and not sitting around all day so those prolong cardio are good and burn more calories.
This really works I’m trying to do it more than once a day but it works. The swelling in my ankles have decreased and I’m losing weight slowly. Plus I’m not as tired when I have to walk and my legs and feet no longer hurt. It’s harder than it looks especially when your indoors everyday. Don’t stare at the clock it will go by faster and push yourself.

ill update but it's been day 3 of this workout I feel like I'm becoming more stronger with my legs and this is getting easier little by little even though I'm still struggling and feel sore as for my stomach I do feel and see a difference already and weighed myself and lost 3 pounds ill update tomorrow. day 4: this still kills but i push myself and didn’t take breaks at all so far for the last 4 days. day 5: this is getting easier i feel more stronger and feel like my face is becoming more defined than before, i have a jawline and i’m not chunky but i still have some jelly rolls and i feel like it’s really going away and i look so much skinnier.
Mayur Singh ive been doing this for months and yes it does increase your stamina the first time i did this i felt like i was gonna knock out but i kept pushing later on i noticed that i could last longer and i dont easily get tired when i run anymore
I try to bring up my knees the best I can, I have a bum knee,plus I'm 200lbs over weight! And it's really hard to put my knees up too high without injury to them (especially the bad one)! But I will do the best I can, because I really do wanna lose weight, permanently!
Steady progress is the best way but you’ll get there in the end. Good luck with your weight loss journey. I’m on one myself and I have knee problems too but it’s so much better now since I cut out the crap. I’m doing low carb, high protein and hiit and gym workouts. I’ve lost about 6 kg which is approximately 13 pounds in just under 5 weeks
I am 63. I have one bad knee. I can't lift my knees as high, but I do low knees and very fast and move the arms fast and I feel the cardio. 3 weeks so far. I'm feeling strong.
Did some of your older workouts few months ago and they did amazingly, recently I've been getting out of shape but I will try to get back with your newer workouts.
Hi Jared. I recently had an Achilles tendon injury, although I'm.doing much better than I was. I'm.currrntly traveling with my.husband overseas, so walking and jogging in place is my main cardio.
Workouts such as Sit ups don't target your belly fat, but can help you lose fat in general. However by doing abdominal workouts it will tighten that muscle group more resulting in a flatter/ toned look.
You cannot spot reduce. Instead just normal cardio and ab workouts along with a slight calorie deficit is going to help you see results fast. Good luck daniel!
Of course that will work .......any type of movement will lose fat etc...... in fact lower impact will be better for you IMO.. Walking and walking over hills is the best thing you can do IMO
30 mins trying going an 1 hour and a half. Good on bad needs plus you can always the speed run for the first 5 mins. But i dont sprint every day dont want to risk an knee injury
Oh yeah yeah, nice workout. I’m a competitive dancer from Ohio, trying to get in better shape. I definitely feel the work, but dancing has trained my stamina so I didn’t feel nearly as tired as you looked. Keep up the running videos, these are great

What would you recommend to eat since diet is necessary? This always gets me, since I can’t find anything anywhere on a specific diet plan. You always have to subscribe to a plan like weight watchers or something. Do you have an idea of what might be good to eat on a daily basis? Something I can stick to?
Don’t bring your knees too highe then. For me my joints hurts when I bring it too high also after the workout you need to stretch and massage especially your hips with a massage ball or use your hands or a foam roller
Your not burning that many calerioes on its on trying jogging place for like an hour and a half and if you have need problems get a soft mat and a some knee pads

Jared Tela Approximately 4 times a week... I try to stay fit , I recall another video you posted prior to this one. That had something to do with running , in a confined space in your home. I’ve watched them all lol...great videos brotha!
If you wanna get better at running you should do outdoor running as well but this is still a good exercise, however not a replacement. I don’t know if you would lose the same amount of weight but if you wanna get good at running you have to run outdoors.

I do this but add squats with 20kg dumbbells and dead lifts and no rest for 30 mins every other day. I've named it cv101.

I do this but I add push ups Nd jumping Jacks during my rest period🙌🏽learned this during football coaches used to call these high knees💯
Can the jogging in place also be for a cool down as well

If goal is boxing you really need to focus on building muscle. Just get a good hitt routine and do 60 - 400 push ups depending on your body weight

Yes it is as effective as running outdoor.
If you wanna get better at running you should do outdoor running as well but this is still a good exercise, however not a replacement. I don’t know if you would lose the same amount of weight but if you wanna get good at running you have to run outdoors.
