      Dear Travis! Thank you again :-) One question: I'm doing yoga for more than 4 years now and I feel good with this. Now I want to practice energizing breaths. Is it normal that I get dizziness while doing ist?? I always take one breath while you take 2 oder 3 ...
      I know I'm breathing slow, for example while jogging. But in this way I'm not feeling good.... ??? Greetings from Cologne,, Andrea :-)

    AMAZING. no better way to start the day. First thing we do when we open our eyes is we take a breath. We may as well do it right with this practice. I do have a question though, any practice you would maybe recommend for someone with chronic pelvic pain? Thank you

    I would like to understand if we are actived the yang side, why we inhale from the right side (yin) - I thought that we actived when we inhale
    Hope I made clear my question

      The right side is Yang and the left side is Yin. Inhaling through the right and exhaling left increases Yang.

    Respected Travis Elliot Sir I am diagnosed with ILD(interstitial lung disease) due to Rheumatoid arthritis with severe constricted breathing needing Oxygen supply. Can i do the suggested pranayama ? Trusting it will help me. Kindly advise.
