Most of the public have no idea what custodial staff have to put up with, especially when it comes to the ever increasing numbers of "mental issues." Having to confront with self harmers who do this every day and those who"bronze up" are in another league.

I 15:10 I don’t know why they use pepper spray (Parva), I would suggest the switch to Tabon, it’s much more efficient and the effects last longer! Permanent effects and a long term problem solver!

Closing psychiatric hospitals for long term care was a big mistake when they need routine.The public don't want to see such behaviour.Staff there could handle violent and volatile behaviour no problems.

If a force is underfunded then the officers should refuse to work single manned, each of the arrests in this video needed backup. So that cost another officer and car, that is not cost saving.
