The woman on communications was very unprofessional and smug. Saying the person involved was "unhinged" while rolling her eyes. Wouldn’t, "possibly mentally ill" be a kinder and more realistic description. If I was her superior I'd be having a chat and sending her for retraining.
If you listen to it carefully she states that the caller who reported the crime was the one who said the person was unhinged. Blessings, Dot
