I don't understand how a government can underfund the police force.
Democrats spend more on police forces than Republicans so..look it up..the whole “defund the police” thing is actually a right wing scam..but, politicians spend money on the stuff they get lobbied the most for, whoever pays them off, and who is greasing the wheels.

Exactly the same way they underfund the Forces, Schools, NHS etc they can't fund properly when they need to ensure they are getting way over paid. Hand made suits and shoes for these pieces of shit Parliament people cost way more than their actual salaries which are already disgustingly too high

No that doesn't help much. Firstly England and Germany's national time have no money. The England players give their fees to charity. FIFA have the money but they are based in Switzerland so you can't exactly get them to pay anything. I guess you could charge the BBC for showing the games but again that comes from tax payers. For local teams such as Lincoln they are regarded as assets to the community, they are often the most loved things in a City. Lincoln City football club don't have much money. In fact the council gives them money on occasion, sometimes large amounts. It makes no sense billing the football club and then the council have to give them the money to pay the bill. Lincoln City are in Division 5 and are regularly in danger of going bankrupt. Also if the team goes bankrupt and doesn't exist their would be a large loss to the business in the town (especially hotels and bars). I just googled there situation and apparently the council makes about 200k a year from parking on match days. That is the means they gave for selling the stadium back to the team at a very low price after they bought it to help the club for a much higher price some years ago. Also the club is running at a 2.6 million loss.

Sgt Nikki Duke seems to be well in control of the louts she has to do with. I understand she is ex--services and it shows in the way she conducts herself. We don't seem to hear how the courts handle the arrested, but I hope it is reflective of the nonsense the understaffed police have to deal with.

It's surprising how a lone female officer attempted to handcuff a full-grown male. This practice is not common in US police academies.
English Police need to be a thousand times tougher than any US or Canadian Cops ours don't get weapons. They need to rely on themselves and actual training they don't get to hide behind weapons mind you with that said, the sheer amount of morons with weapons in the US and Canada is filthy and requires shoot first. Mind you Nicky did not need to behave so Violent to the drunk. Literally he was /is harmless she chose to elevate the aggression for no reason other than Telly cameras. They guy was neither behaving aggressive nor was he being violent towards her.

It's Pava so it's not as bad as OC. Basically you have to be hit in the eye, it only lasts like 10 minutes and is meant to be safer inside as the molecule is less prevalent in the air.

She's a new recruit though. It's all part of the learning curve and will toughen her up for future interactions.
