They fund funded the league to get them started and they thought it might be a money maker, but turns out nobody enjoyed watching the level of competition they provide(Go Figure). So basically each NBA team has to pay their share to fund the WNBA every year because they are a failed business. Yet they have nerve to complain about not getting a fair share salary lol, what failed business do you know where they have money to give everyone a massive raise.
