You've got your positioner welding down to a science. Nicely done
Really clean work! If you want to get the weld puddle in video you need a ND filter or something that works like your welding helmet to block more light out of the lens.

I’m new to this stuff… how much should the weld penetrate to the other side? I noticed the inside of the pipes did not seem to have any weld material. I just know everyone talks about “penetration” but how much is enough or not enough?
The weld does get full pen on these, but it is hard to tell as the OD of the flange is bigger ever so slightly then the tube/pipe. Inside of the flange is welded, this video simply showed the welding of the flange

I do not, with car parts the color seems to have appeal, on 321 stainless I generally do
