Smooth, liquid perfection. Just jaw-droppingly beautiful technique. Another masterpiece! HAGOJIBI Rules!!!!
Fantastic welding! People who don't weld could never appreciate just how good that is! I Subscribed!!
I don’t weld and it’s clear as day that’s a beautiful weld. I just don’t understand what he was trying to convey in the video. Did he use all three methods on one piece or something ???? What is he saying
nah a good welder never ever touches anything with the gas nozzle thats a huge beginner mistake
Dont care if there were misktakes or flaws like some claim.. that is just soooo satifying to watch.
@@mostimbawarri more like they tell you that when you're a beginner so you don't keep sticking the torch to the work, he clearly knows what he's doing and has the consistency to avoid the pool and knows his clearance down to the mm.
@@mostimbawarri a good welder is someone that can consistently fill good metal in a joint. No porosity. How you do it doesn't really matter. There is nothing in any code book that says the cup can't touch the steel.

Um dia vou soldar assim!! Show nota 10...
WOW! You make it look so easy. Such a great weld!
I used to weld small stainless steel tanks together , ( top and bottom)they would sit on a turntable you would spin with one foot while your other foot was on the pedal. Was kinda tricky at first but once you do about 50-60 ya get the hang of it
Like the automatic roller for flanges. When I Tig it tends to be in a fixed position on pipe. Fabshop guys have all the fun tools
Walk that cup!! Love that style. My dad is a master at walking the cup
Buen trabajo maestro y clase magistral como siempre, esos cordones perfectos, gracias por compartir sus conocimientos y experiencias, un cordial saludo y por supuesto un merecido like desde Narón (Galicia)👍🤓😜
It is all very well doing a weld on a rotating bed where maximum comfort and stability can be achieved, but try doing that weld in position from a scaffold or a ladder and the outcome would be very different. Ideal welding scenarios are rarely able to be employed.
The gentleman who is handling that arc is certainly an expert in knowing how the surface tension in that molten pool operates and after releasing the blob material from the main feeder rod, he makes the hot pool dance into position by the rhythm of the arc at the tungsten end point.
My heartiest congratulations for such a beautiful coordination of all, " the dancing partners". Well done. It was a pleasure and an honour to see this video.

Какая красота! Выглядит супер! Мастер!
What a beautiful weld. I’m just learning TIG welding, and my welds have a long way to go before they look as good as the weld in the video.
I was lerning TIG in welding school. I was not allowed to use this technic for certifikat. It leaves schratches on material next to weld from gas cap and they dont wanna see it. Especialy on stanless steel
@@sasaradic8438do they want you to free hand it?
@@sasaradic8438there’s a real good channel, X3M TIG, there’s more real world, position field welding on there that will teach you more and take you farther than what this dude is doing. This guys welds look good but it’s in a roller in a shop environment, not all that difficult!
Tig-welding that look beautifull enough to make angles cry, or if not, amazing enough to make mere mortals very impressed.🙄
Stay safe, Niels 👍
I never seen an angle cry and I’ve seen a lot of them
@@justinmartin8887No need to be obtuse.
Encore une démo et une soudure de MAITRE....Quelle talent !!!!!!!!!!!!!
As a "handyman" myself I can tell you that is not the welding of a "handyman". Being handy is one thing but that is something else on an entirely different level. 😄
Un gran maestro me encanta verlo👌
The guy is great, there are thousands upon thousands of people who can tig weld just as good as this guy.
This is no handyman! Full on professional! Absolutely beautiful work!
seriously awesome 🤯 beautiful to watch
It's great and I learned from you too, thank you for sharing your art
Ten spaw jest orgazmem dla oczu. Nauczyłem się nowej techniki. Dzięki i pozdrawiam z Polski!
The master of disaster, she's a beauty, perfect speed, tight arc, minimal heat transfer, a weld that pretty needs to be never touched so everybody can witness perfection, imagine coordinating both eyes, both hands, and one foot so they all work in sequence, if any one of them falters the weld will also, like creating art no two paintings are alike, same with welding, it really is a highly specialized procedure. Bravo Maestro..
Sweet, Neat, and Hard to Beat..
I once watched a welder build up a sharp 90 degree edge and when he was done it had a sharp point on it just like if it had been sheered, this cat could build up weld on a sowing pin
the type with one ball end, same thing something this thin is where the skill really shines, the thinner the more chance of burning through and he never changed anything except for the current, how he got that tungsten to sputter very slightly looked like sparks jumping the gap, I tried and didn't come close, as much as I tried starting very low the pin or razor sharp edge would burn, but to weld a razor sharp edge without rounding it is another mystery..
I also subscribed. I do think though, that having a rotating table must greatly simplify the process instead of having to work your way around which would mean breaking the process. Notwithstanding it's lovely to watch and the author is clever in his non-verbal instruction.
A welder who can produce welds like this is worth his weight in gold. I learned to weld in the early 60s but while my welds are very strong and good.... this is the next level. I guess having the rotating table helps though. Welders know that once you leave the easy angle and not cramped positions.... welds get a lot less beautiful ;-) Excellent example of walking the cup.
WHAT A BEAUIFUL MASTERPIECE.......
The 2nd is just mesmerizing to look at. I just hope i can pull it off some day
Boilermakers, pipefitters, Ironworks, millwrights all are skilled trades been welding like this for years
Excellent work, beautiful finish👌👍
EXCELENTE VIDEO!!..SALUDOS DESDE MEXICO!!
Insanely good welding sir, you make it look easy.
it isnt too hard with a turning table. ouple years and youll be there
You are amazing welder, you have a lot's of practice and good experience to reach like this results, Thank you for this video, I like it 👍
Wow, you're an artist man
That's magic right there!
Adam yıllarca arayıpta bulamadığım videoyu tek kelime söylemeden harika şekilde anlatmış tebrik ederim👏👏👏💞💞
Amazing. Wish I had the equipment to learn and practice this skill.
It's easy
Buen trabajo colega

✨めっちゃめっちゃ美しい 溶接ビード✨✨✨ 鱗のように綺麗な仕上がり✨✨😊
That's a pure work of art. He must have many years of experience.
Una pregunta mi estimado que marca y modelo dr maquina usa para soldar, saludos desde Perú.
I have question. When it comes to making double beads, should you always lower the amp and wire speed
Absolutely beautiful welding you sir have definitely got skills love how beautiful the weld looks and wish I was that good!
nah a good welder never ever touches anything with the gas nozzle thats a huge beginner mistake
@@mostimbawarriI can tell your not a welder
الله ينور عليك Good luck
Spectacular technique. How do you take these shots so closely, and what set up do you record with?
You have top content!👌🏼
Agreed, I cant see my welds that clearly through my mask. 10/10 camera work showing the method
Art, it's masterpiece art. I love it :)
Gostei ,parabens. Deus abencoe.
To the guy who thought that this was old news and not at all impressive (even though he doesn’t show his own welds) - I had only seen welds like this done by a machine when I was younger, and if my teacher just simply explained this technique I feel that the entire class could have done much much better. Sure he taught us numbers, but knowing how to do this “cup walking” techniques would have saved me and my classmates so much frustration and bewilderment.
That is the work of a skilled craftsman 👍
That is some amazing sign language 👌👍
Arbeit sehr sehr schön perfket❤❤
Good job brother 👌
Beautiful ❤
Masterpiece, beautiful.
Très belle soudure impressionnant bravo
👍👍👍👍
Can you video some root pass welding techniques ?
Turntable makes it a whole lot easier
Bon travail ! Merci pour votre video .
I would hang that art on the wall , very nice weld
Молодцом, есть к чему стремиться
Very impressive uniformly distributed weld deposits my pipe welds are nowhere near that pretty . In the field the position is rarely ideal , most times if I'm not standing on my head I'm laying on the ground with my peddle under my thigh. Welding out opposition you don't have the luxury of 200 amps without things dripping up your sleeve. So the constant feed filler rod is not recommended . At lower amperage this technique would sacrifice the necessary penetration , therefore I usually opt for the puddle and dip technique . Not so pretty but well penetrated and will withstand a lifetime of heavy vibration and impact without cracking or leaking. That said , you are a master welder and my hat goes off to you. Thank you for all the amazing videos.
Wow that's amazing mate, you must have a robot hand 👌
Đẹp tuyệt vời
It looks like artwork nice stuff
Hey dude no PPE gloves decorating weld not pressure retaining . No penetration .
I bet this would hold a lot more pressure than you think it's stainless he's not back purging it either so he's not trying to burn through
Beautiful!! Makes me wish I was a welder!
I was a fitter/welder for 34yrs I never had the chance to learn walking with tig. I tig weld but never took the opportunity to learn Big Regret
Good work 👍
멋지네요
That ain't no handyman....
The tools prove it
What does pointing at it and putting up one and two fingers mean? Those of us newbies trying to watch a skill we’re not adept in don’t get what the sign language means. Good weld, though.
Work of art. Nice!
Bravo 👏👏👏👏✌️👌👍
Beautiful welding 👍👍👍👍👍
Good job brother 👏👏
Eso es maravilloso
สวยงามมากคัพ
You are a good tig welder,,!!👍👍👍👍👐👐
Artist, what speed are you turning the face plate or is it not turning at all as you work?
A beautiful weld
Thank You!
idk how good that is but it looks pretty
Welding so good
3번에 나눠서 해야 하는 건가요??
素晴らしい
impressive !
Is there some kind of attachment on hus handle that he uses to essentially do walking the cup movements?
thanks for the artwork👍
EXCELENTE SI SR......
Stainless Steel...so temperamental to excessive heat/current.
You're "there" when you can weld stainless without burning it.
Waaauuuuuw higt level
The rotation platform is the key. 😏
Very very nice, but this is done on a rotator by the looks of it? So you stay in one position and the piece rotates, when you have to walk around the piece while stationary will make for a good comparison
By the looks of it? Did you even watch the video?
It's a very nice weld either way
ofc its a rotator, when welding these large tubes for business thats not a big deal to have one and to guarantee quality. plus its easier for your master welder.
Hi what a Camera do you use for recording welding ?
Welding to the beat of the music haha
Hello I have questions for you may you have more knowledge; I hear Red tungsten is dangerous in using for tig welding I hear like that only gold packaging is safer!
Tungsten electrodes are used when arc welding or plasma welding.
The most common thoriated tungsten electrodes contain 2% thorium, are coded WT20 and have a red tip.
Thorium is slightly radioactive with a long half-life and emits mainly alpha (α) particles, but occasionally some beta (β) and gamma (γ) radiation.
Alpha particles cannot penetrate skin or even paper. However, they are harmful if released inside the digestive tract or lungs, where they act as a carcinogen.
Perfect awesome 👍🏿👍🏿👍🏿👍🏿👌👌👌👌
Pretty but no penetration. Would fail inspection, I suspect.
This video is not for learning,it's just for enjoying.
