That opening was amazing! I enjoy your content partly to learn about stuff that I really don't have much opportunity to do, but the entertainment value is also fantastic.
Hello from Russia! For the fifth year I have been following all your videos on RUclips, you are the most cheerful, but at the same time a professional welder !!! Good luck, friend!
You have absolutely outdone yourself man!!! Perfect way to kill some time between last nights SX (Sexton got freakin LAUNCHED!!!!) and the 500 today. I had to watch a couple times to see how you were riding the one wheel thingie backwards, that was brilliant. The chainsaw snag was also quite impressive. You may not be able to top this video!
Hi Aaron .. great as always .. every time you publish a new video I remain glued to the screen ... tig balance for passion and also for many years ... see you at work and too beautiful and instructive ... you never stop learning especially in this sector .... However, you are a real artist in what you compliment ... passion comes from within and you can see hello from Massimo (Italy)
The "heat the tack while you straighten the joint" trick is slick! I'm going to add that to my bag of tricks. I don't think I'm going to buy a chainsaw for cutting aluminum however.
I’m late to the party here. But what grit is that belt grinder that you don’t just annihilate the aluminum when you’re deburring? Cuz I was gifted a belt grinder. I have no idea what grit the belt is but it will eat steel like candy.
I want that tig button but I’m curious about how much pressure it takes to control it. Slight? Moderate? My thought it if I’m gripping my torch to tight it’s gonna cause me to shake
When he started drilling that little hole at about 12:15 I thought "did he almost forgot to put a vent hole in?" then the annotation popped up 🤣 We have all been there before my guy.
What a nice aluminum welding job! Not many these days it seems that can weld aluminum so cleanly, Ha half the kids today can't weld that "weld" period it seems lol! I wonder how much that mobile truck setup goes for LOL my gawd!
I could be wrong but for me welding thin walled small diameter tubing is thr hardest thing to weld it seems. With the radius very small it's very hard to work the puddle around it. But I haven't done a ton of welding either just some small things.
At 14:27 ... It's called "Plasti-Dip" and comes in both dip cans and spray cans. Intended as a product to repair/replace handles on pliers, garden equipment etc. Available at Harbour Freight, Lowes, Home Depot etc. (I am not affiliated in any way to this product, video, or stores mentioned.)
I think great aluminium filler wire quality added with good cleaning before weld. If your part is clean, you can have a good weld without impurities ;)
I'd like to see Jody try out the Tig Button. Do y'all not communicate? There's ZERO on it at his channel. He tested some other torch control thingy 13 years ago. The button looks ten times better. There used to be a computer mouse (pointer) replacement--"porta point" that worked similarly--kinda like the red eraser button IBM used to stick in the middle of the keyboard.
Thanks for watching
All welding/fabrication questions are answered on the website www.6061.com
Welder settings etc...
In the instructional videos do you teach by speaking?
Aaron - I love the new directions you're headed in. Wonderful to watch your evolution!

Hey Aaron. I rarely know where we're headed, but I'm always glad you give me the chance to ride along. Quality work and entertainment, sir.😉👌
I don’t even know what to say, I’m stunned speechless! That’s the best intro EVER! Mad Max to the Max!
WOW, had no idea your workshop is in a trailer! Awesome!
Aluminium tubes growing in the wild!? Gotta move to Arizona... 😊😁
My grandpa and I used to harvest aluminum the same way back in the 70’s. But of course we used mules. Ahh, brings back good memories.
Great video, the Napoleon Dynamite reference was a great addition.
After seeing the build video for the recliner, it was pretty cool to see it show up here.
I like the nod to Napoleon. Love your work!

I’m using the Tig button with my primeweld 225. So glad I made the switch.
Fabricators amaze the crap out of me. Very clever. I think welding is more like an art.
Helmet backwards in the beginning was epic, I lol'd thank you!
The Chris Fix of TIG welding…just a wee bit stranger than him!🤔😂🤣🤣🤣🤣😉🤘🏻
One nice thing about welding in Arizona is to pre-heat we just put the product outside for an hour and you'll need gloves to pick it up.
I wonder how many women have successful RUclips channels that don't show their face, just their work.
My guess is less than 15%. The rest are on tic-tard or only fans.
Been away for a while. When did the semi trailer shop become a thing?
Like for along time.
Man things seem pretty chill in the desert.

Strange things you find laying around in the desert, what was that one wheel thing you were riding? Who’s Bucky...
I think it’s funny that you keep the hood down at all times just always ready to light up. Genius really.
Finally a voice
Not bad after 13 years
There’s been voices before. Even his.
Sorry your hand fell off at 16:22 but it's good to see you got better.
Luckily he had a spare on him 😆
You got like three feet of air that time 🤣 epic video as always 🤘

6061 is the new crazy! Also I can never get that blue tape to stick.
Hi, love your work, can I ask what the blue paint is ? And why you heated the tube after appling it..
Thanks
Plasti dip: peel off paint
Heated to dry faster, also opens up the metals pores
great video. you have good sense of humor. Thanks for sharing
Fantastic idea with the pipe cutter 🤯👍🇺🇲💪
0:50
It looks like Courier 6 finally got some upgrades.
Amazing workmanship I wish I could do that
You can telll this dude is living his best life 😂
Love your handwork use welding. Nice and beautiful finishing.
I swear I love this channel....
Welding was fantastic! But when you ate shit sitting on it I died 😂
I want that tig button but I’m curious about how much pressure it takes to control it. Slight? Moderate? My thought it if I’m gripping my torch to tight it’s gonna cause me to shake
in the metaverse, 6061 A@ron will
be king
When he started drilling that little hole at about 12:15 I thought "did he almost forgot to put a vent hole in?" then the annotation popped up 🤣 We have all been there before my guy.
Made a new custom handle for that pipe cutter ?
How do you do power and air filtration for the trailer? i assume your not hooked up to grid power with a class 8 truck "RV"
he's evolving..
No. It's the desert heat getting to him.
He shoulda made his shop in a 53 foot reefer.
So, when are you going to give us a tour of your semi double clutchin' tig welding metal fabbin' tandem trailer truck shop?
Cool stuff. I think you two almost caught air on that sweet jump 😊👍🏽
More like three feet of air on that one.
Hahaha! I bet you're pretty good with a bowstaff too. Lucky.

It is like getting to Carnegie Hall, practice, practice, practice.
Damn those welds look beautiful
Always learn some new tricks when I watch your videos. I love it!
What was the blue paint ? And the blowtorch to bake it was neat

Was there a ground clamp outside the trailor?
Master,you are the King!
Excellent video and you killed it. Your tie in is the best I've ever seen and how do you get your welds so shiny?
I think great aluminium filler wire quality added with good cleaning before weld.
If your part is clean, you can have a good weld without impurities ;)
Thanks for the video, did you sort out the surging/hunting issue on your MX13?🤗😎🤗😎
How do you have Electricity in the Desert? How to have 220 to weld off grid?
The rod that you are using is aluminium?
dude what blade is in that band saw? i have a bimetal but mine cuts like doodoo
You were up near Bald Mountain weren't you?
how can you weld with no sleeves? you dont get UV burns?
awesome video! would you recommend 6061 for bike frames?
Was the truck level?
Edit 😁.
Whiskey Tango! Love it!
Incredible! Great work.
That guy's too cool, a metal genius :)
So is all the aluminum you weld in this channel 6061?
No
6061
5052
3003
Just keep up with good work and that brilliant spirit of yours!!!
Best intro ever
Are you in Arizona? The video looks like the area behind my house.
Biggest issue with this design is that you can't get to the beer without standing up. Other than that... pretty sweet.
That's (the only) safety feature.
Barking mad!! I like it!
Could you explain the vent hole please?
Love the intro 🌺
Dude how do you like your Sherman?
Anda sangat hebat 👍👍👍
Your not right.
Love the fab, and my tig button!
Sweet vid! What hz and balance are you running?

what's in the cooler mate?
Not sure what the hell it is but sure looks like fun👍👍👍
Really thought you were going to jump that chainsaw
It's all in how you sharpen the saw chain for Al cuts...
Sweet build, and nice welds!
Funny at the end.He laughed heartily.😁
Excelente video saludos desde Argentina!!
I forgot you ride EUC. What model?
En serio estas en un remolque de tráiler?
Shoulda engine turned the back brace
plate prior to bending....just a thought....
Your Pal, Gary
this amount of "wtf he doin" is only available on 6061. change my mind.
I'm starting a Legal Eagle Xl with aluminum tube........ and guess what 🤔...I'm doing the same.......... WELDING IT !
anybody know who makes that screw clamp that was being used at 4:14?
Google "Kant Twist Clamp"
So good! This is why we should never grow up. Get older, sure, but using that knowledge and experience to make fun and cool stuff- heck yeah!
Fábrica uma Bike Chopper em Alumínio...👍🏼
Napoleon dynamite reference so good!
Just casually has a warehouse in his truck 🚚
16:55 i laughed out loud. keep up the good work
never seen the glass cleaner trick. im dying for more of an explanation
