Been watching you for years now. I have learned so much (or nothing, lol), thank you. However, never ever seen you welding thin-to-thin aluminium. That's quite common task that I have in my yard - to weld an aluminium based frame out of thin square/round tubes. Any chance you could show us how to weld 1mm to 1mm thin aluminium? And perhaps in a manner where you cut a profile into 2 pieces and then weld it back together. I find it extremely challenging.
    All the best.

Hi Chad, I have a Yeswelder 250P and they don’t make the Tig button for my welder either. But I built my own custom Tig pedal so I learned all about what the welder needs for a signal. They are very simple inside and basically have two wires for switch to begin the arc and three wires that go to a potentiometer. That’s it! I purchased a Tig button for the AHP and re-wired the plug to match my Yeswelder Tig because the AHP and Yeswelder both use a 10k potentiometer. The good news is that almost every Chinese Tig that I’ve reviewed on my channel uses a 10k potentiometer with a 5 pin plug. If you opened up your pedal for the Weldpro I’ll bet it uses a 10k potentiometer. If it does, let me know and I can walk you through the process of how to wire it up if you really want a Tig button. I can assure you that it will change your whole world once you get used to welding with it. 😁👍
