- handful fresh basil
- handful fresh spinach
- 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 2 small garlic cloves
- juice of 1/2 a lemon
- 1/8 cup toasted pine nuts
- 1/8 cup toasted pumpkin seeds
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- salt and pepper, to taste

Creamy lemon pasta sauce:
- 2 tbsp vegan butter
- 1/2 brown onion, diced
- 2 garlic cloves, diced
- 1 + 1/2 cups plant-based cream
- 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1 tsp veggie stock powder
- zest of 1/2 a lemon
- juice of 1/2 a lemon
- 1 tsp cracked black pepper

@AmandaDucks I'd love some RUclips chapters to each meal if it isn't too much of a pain for you to integrate. I regularly revisit your videos to use specific meals as inspiration and the chapters would make it much easier to find the specific thing I'm looking for. They also tend to dramatically increase viewership for channels due to the increased metadata which is fab. 😊

I mean this in best possible way, get LED lights for the kitchen, that are taped to the upper cabinets(or some other lights) because the lighting is bad at night, especially when filming stove. I feel like in the previous apartment was much better lighting
Part of the reason I moved from my old place was because the lighting was so terrible and it made me so uninspired 🥲 Please bare with me - I’m sure you will find the video easier to watch as I settle in and figure out my filming set up here.

The good looks great! It seems like a lot of food and calories-do you have any issues with maintaining your weight? Sorry to ask a personal? But I am jealous that if I ate all that, I would gain a lot of weight! It all looks fabulous!
Thank you! I don't count calories, I just eat intuitively until I'm full and satiated. I also don't feel comfortable talking about weight gain/loss 😊

As always I get so many ideas for meals from your videos. Inspired by your beans on toast, I picked some fresh basil from our garden and made some pesto. I mixed it with cannellini beans, put it over some fresh bakery bread and topped with sliced tomatoes. Beans on toast isn't a super common thing here in the states but what a filling delicious breakfast! I will definitely be making it again! Thank you 🤗
