I’ve been lacking so much motivation to cook nowadays due to having a new in person job😭 I miss cooking at home in my lunch break. Honestly, I needed a little motivation to cook more. Thanks for the recipes. Btw, you mention you used to make smothies and smoothie bowls a few years back every day… and girl ….I was like, I remember watching FIVE-SIX YEARS AGO. bc back in 2019 I started making a lot of drinks cuz I was inspired by you. Cutting the corn is easy...... place a small bowl upside down inside a large bowl. Place the corn on top of the small bowl and slice down, the kernels will fall into the large bowl! ❤
What I really like doing to up my protein intake is making seitan burgers! I found a recipe that is so so delicious and easy (only the baking part takes time but the rest is super quick and easy) it has 28 grams of protein so if you like to have the recipe I can sent it to you! ❤️

I love the creamy taste of that chocolate. My sister and I were gnawing at it due to the odd shape of it 😂 like rats. We get it when it's on special :) Lovely idea for the teriaki roasted veggies. I usually buy a pack of mixed broc & cauliflower. Yummy baked beans recipie. We got a free loaf of bread & that sounds like a super nourishing breakfast 😊
Oh my gosh I had to look back at it & out my window this morning, I think it's just some big leaves on a tree that were blowing in and out of frame as it was a super windy day!
