this is only the second video of yours i've seen and i really like how your approach to food is actually doable. i like the repetition where you're not having a completely different meal 3 times a day with all the different prepping and cooking times and massive ingredients lists, and how you'll eat the same thing or ingredients multiple times a week (like the tofu satay, bbq tempeh, etc). i have such a small food budget and it intimidates me when thinking of approaching plant based cooking but you make it look doable.
The girls night (o actually the whole sleepover) is SUCH a cute idea! I feel like I spend way to little quality time like this with my friends and now I really feel inspired to do so
This video is exactly what I needed! Love how realistic and simple your vegan meals are-definitely inspired to try the baked beans on sourdough and those peanut butter chocolate protein bars. Thanks for sharing a week of wholesome goodness!🍃
I would make every single thing in this video. I'm so grateful for meals from a busy week. It's what I'm always looking on the internet but can never find. Subscribing!
I am always loving the transition phase (spring/autumn) differences between the southern and norther hemispheres - as we tend to eat more hearty and warming meals in Europe you always slowly ease into your cold cacao rituals. I don't know, there is something special about it :D
wow thank you for providing us with sheer endless inspo for easy but yummyyy dishes!! have tried so many of your recipes and they always turn out great :)
I just love your videos so much!! And we don’t have iced cacao in the states. But it looks so yummy! We just have chocolate milk. Thanks for the amazing recipe inspiration!! ❤
Hi thereee, even though you always say you sound a bit repetitive with your expresions or make similar dishes... I never get tired!!! Really love your videosss Amanndaaaaaaa!! Lots of Love from Argentina
The background music made this one feel extra special (besides the amazing food of course !!!) 😊❤ idk if I just noticed now or if you really switched it up 😂😅 would you share the track name with us? ❤
the noodle soup always looks SO yummy but I still haven't tried it cause I haven't bought miso! but I will soon once I figure out what else to use the miso paste in
I rarely comment but just wanted to say I love watching lots of meal ideas. Also the smashing the ice in the glass is so relatable lol. I used to melt a corner off with running water but ain’t nobody got time for that 😂
Hello! I haven't properly shared the recipe but I have a very similar one here - instagram.com/amandaducks/reel/C-miaa1ySpT/ 💕 Just don't add the peanut butter & gochujang basically! I will share the recipe properly soon though 🥰
Waaaait, what was the broth you used for the ramen?? It looks delicious!! Also do you have a recipe for the cashew cheese? And can we get the link to the tofu scramble? =D
I need to share this broth properly soon but it's very similar to this recipe, but without the peanut butter and gochujang: instagram.com/amandaducks/reel/C-miaa1ySpT/ 💕 The cashew cheese is store-bought, and this is the tofu scramble: www.amandaducks.com/recipes/tofuscramble 🥰
Hey Lynn! Absolutely - I tend to do this in my recipe-specific videos but I am of course happy to do this more in these what I eat in a week videos in future if it helps you out 🥰 Are there any recipes in particular you'd like the full recipe for?
I don’t want to make more work for you listing quantities and ingredients but if it is easy enough to do could you mention the quantities as you cook so it would appear in the transcript. I did particularly like your meals for one that I saw recently. Cheers Lynn
Hey Robin! Usually I do more formal recipes in my recipe-specific videos, whereas I don't tend to measure everything when I'm filming a week of eats. However if you let me know something you'd like a recipe for, I can work on this for you/link you if it's available 🥰

Just as a quick note and an input: Try Yacon Syrup for your cacao instead of Maple syrup. It’s a much more healthy alternative. ☺️
Great video, wonderful Ducky!!! Loved the Tiger cameo!!! 🐈
Thank you so much! 🥰
I love this so much! I usually eat lots of salads, but it’s getting cool so I want some cooked cozy meals sometimes.

As a new person to this way of eating is it possible to list ingredients amounts. Lynn from Adelaide

What can we use instead of soy protein crisps ?
You can leave them out or you could add some nuts/seeds 🥰
@@AmandaDucks thank you!
What does tempeh actually taste like?
are links to recipes available?
