    Agreed for the most part, but I don't need a printer to be any more precise than is needed for articulated model, so I don't calibrate filaments at all on my P1S and haven't had a single bad result in a year of printing except when I use wet filament (it happens). It's just astonishing how that thing was nailing perfect layers out of the box on cheap filaments using stock profiles. I use mainly PETG and some PLA when I'm doing multi-color, but also TPU, ABS, ASA and PETG-CF.

      As I said, X1C, P1S, P1P or even an A1 worth the investment and save your time when using it to make money with 3D Print. P1S is so good as X1C.

    FYI: In the USA "Don't waste your time" in regards to a product is saying DO NOT BUY IT. So if someone is skimming by they may get the wrong impression from thumbnail. Over here we would say, "Time Savings!"
    After everything giving so many praises to it I was curious to see why you hated it, and then was confused by you saying it's great 😂

      Or you could say "Don't Waste Time," assuming he wasn't just click-bait trolling us.

      I believe it's not about the language, it's about culture. As I'm not living in US I don't have the daily experience of getting common expressions meanings, and it's normal, even in Brazil we have different interpretations depending on where you live, but as I growth here I know intuitively what not to use in some situations. Thank you @ThisisDD for your feedback.

      @Immolate62 I'm not intended to click-bait, my intention was really to say "You'll not waste your time using it" in a short way, but it didn't work of course LOL

      @@InventorsGarage for sure it is a fine point that makes a big difference in interpretation. No worries though. I'm a friend to the channel and love what you do.

    Whenever I click the option for Timelapse I never have a file saved so I can never view it after a print is done.

      You must have a SD card inserted so timelapse will be record inside it

    Hi there, great channel! If you were to compare the latest Creality K1 iteration to the Bambulab X1c. Which one would you say is better and why?

    @Inventor's Garage - Great video, please keep up your work. Is there any chance that you make a video showing the details of your calibration for each filament you tested? or share the pages? Thanks!

    • @InventorsGarage
      @InventorsGarage  3 месяца назад +1

      Even with the same model there are different calibrations, I have this video ruclips.net/video/n2yPfGsvPmY/видео.html about making calibration using Creality Print 4, but the principles are basically the same. The only point is, if you want to run detailed calibrations on Bambu Printers you will need to do it on Orca Slicer, because Bambu Studio hide most useful calibration options. ;)

    Question: What's your network and data security worth?

    • @InventorsGarage
      @InventorsGarage  3 месяца назад

      Well actually any smart devices including a simple smart lamp can scan your network or even provide hidden backdoors to allow people connecting to your network, the only way to be really safe if not to connect to your main network, in my case I have a dedicated wi-fi AP only for 3D printers, all of them doesn't matter the brand or if it is open source or proprietary. I never had any problem, but prevention is always better than regrets ;)

      @@Dozr24 what makes you say this? curious to know as I'm in the market to buy a few printers soon.

    • @Immolate62
      @Immolate62 3 месяца назад +1

      He's saying buy it. It's more reliable and more convenient than any other non-Bambu printer out there. He also says if you can't spend the $1,400, then get the P1S or the A1 with AMS which gives you the same capabilities for less money.

    • @Immolate62
      @Immolate62 3 месяца назад +1

      @@Dozr24 no it isn't. That's pure BS. Every part of the Bambu printer is replaceable, and some of them will fail by the 6k mark, but that's a year and a half of printing all day, every day (500 days @ 12 hours per day). You wish you could get that out of any other printer other than a Prusa which costs more for the same thing.
