@@Hats502 That's kinda how I was with Thompson v Pettis. Wonderboy is one of my favorite fighters but I also like Pettis so I took no real enjoyment outta that one.

Thanks for sharing this workout, I am gonna aim for 3 round of this in 25 minutrs as a new goal of mine (so 2 minutes of rest between rounds). Will be very hard to achieve, but should definately be possible. Wish me luck guys.

• 25 single leg toe touches - both sides
• 20 reverse Crunches
• 25 leg raises
• 100 twisted just shoulders
• 50 bicycles
• 50 side crunch both sides shoulder off floor
• 50 cobras
• 50 mermaids
• 1 minute flutter kicks
• 1 minute plank

It’s been too long since I visited this channel. Wonderboy, if the narrative is that you’re getting old, then dammmn boy are you aging gracefully. At 30 I have never been in as good a shape as you are at 39. I’m thrilled that you took off the NMF belt long enough to assert your desires on the UFC. Whenever I do planks I’ve always wondered to myself if my back should be round or flat. Flat looks like better technique but rounded keeps the muscles engaged.

This workout took me 20 minutes
Wonderboy for how to kick people but I recommend Jeff cavalier for exercises they tend to be more effective than all this old school P.E stuff
I have fat belly but when i do crunches my stomach get like little cramps for days , should i do this kind of exercice anyway ?
I don't know your specifics but I'd advise lowering volume and doing more stability exercises. You might also want to look into back exercises to complement the ab work.

Well there is no spot reduction with fat so ab training won’t do that in fact ab workouts burn the least calories out of all parts. Calories in and out so eating below 2k calories and training each muscle group 2-3 times aweek max if you do it every day like he said your won’t be able to heal to gain ab strength fast 2-3 times a week max. Do it everyday for conditioning but strength and muscle gain you need at leasts 24 hours rest
