Interesting. Respect to you for what you do and what you are showing people. I am part of this world called martial arts for so long and I always have something to learn. My life goal is to establish my own art. At home I don't have a punching bag, so when I want to focus on power I use a pillow instead after doing conditioning on concrete. Not in my fault I am a slower person. So if I would fight in the ring I would focus on power more than on speed. My fastest is a medium speed of a person with a normal speed. Anyway I just decided to join your channel Wonderboy because I like you a lot.
