Amazing work at recreating this iconic game, the amount of new textures you've added really make the game come alive. I'm excited to see you share a boss battle , anything from Zora's domain or Gerudo Valley :)
Young Link is so damn adorable is this. I feel bad when he gets hurt, its so realistic with the blood that gushes out whenever he gets hit! Poor kid. Great work though CryZENx, amazing attention to detail!!

At the end of the day, it definitely, in my opinion, looks better than the original, and with some finalizing and tweaking it will look great and stay true to the original.
Well…this is all fan-made, and nothing is being pirated, so the only “reason” Nintendo would have to shut it down (that I know of) is if they felt this was somehow “infringing upon” their intellectual property rights in some way. This is like if you remade your favorite 2D Zelda game in a new rendering engine, while staying as true to the original as possible. If the entire game was released at once in an easily-playable package, then it might become a problem. But with it (apparently) being only released in bits & pieces here and there, it’s more like multiple tech-demos than piracy. (No shade to the creator, btw. This is amazing and they deserve to be proud of their work.)

This is a very cool remake of Dodongo's Cavern, from the effects to the lighting and the choice in music, just like the rest of your remade areas of Oot, this feels very surreal which is fitting for the kind if world hyrule is located in. keep it up!

Imagine if Sega recruited CryzenX instead. I did see a Cryzenx version of Chao Gardens, so it does make sense if Sega does recruit him. Furthermore, Sega already got Tee Lopes to use music on Sonic Mania and the DLC to Streets of Rage 4.
If you can do this, Nintendo definitely can too. They would make a lot of money… I guess, if they were to remake/remastered OoT. They should hire you. 😊
The problem is mostly the financial cost, not everyone can afford a powerful machine, see the configuration that cost about 3000 dollars for the computer parts, so imagine a new Nintendo at the same price + the game. Already the PlayStation 5 many do not buy it because of the price and therefore a console at this price for only 1 game and therefore not so many potential buyers. Kind regards
There's a lot I like about this and some things that I feel still need work. Love the Armos designs and the Lizalfos tactics are a lot better. The fact that you can hit them with other weapons or even push them into lava is cool and they're more aggressive and swarming than in the original. However, some of the ragdoll physics leaves much to be desired. The floor lava is great. Not sure what's up with that lavafall in the Lizalfos room though. Looks like ribbons. I like that Link actually gets dirty over time. That's a really nice touch. I like how Navi lights you up and is part of the Up-C button; but we're this many episodes in and the font on the UI still looks pretty terrible. Surely, you could use something a bit more stylish like one of the several canon Zelda fonts available. Such as Triforce or Wild Breath of Zelda. All in all, still a big fan of this series and all the hard work you put in. Keep it up, man.

I came here specifically to say youre doing a great job. Yeah theres always room for improvement; but it took years to make the original game with a corporate budget and a full dev team, and here you are! this is a huge undertaking for what seems to be a pretty small team if not solo and that alone deserves a good job.
wonderful art, really love the textures ona lot of the enviorments, although rough i can see you took creative liberty witht he dungeon design and your effort is vissable and hope you polish more cause it can prbably be a killer remake

I've been watching your videos since 2016, if I'm not mistaken. In a way, you were part of my teenage years. I really liked Zelda on Unreal Engine 4. Now the graphics are even better.
I don’t know to what degree this project will be carried out to, but I really hope it gets all of the refinement in AI, gameplay, and mechanics it deserves with respect to how it looks graphically. This will be a masterpiece if it plays anything close to the original version.

I have an RTX 4080 laptop I'm getting 55fps on 4k, not sure what monitor you have but you have a beast of a pc too. I notice this demo looks way better if you put it on Fullscreen mode, 4k, Ultra and go to the DLSS settings, put Raytracing on and super scaling. You'll feel the graphics in your stomach.
They need to pay you for this masterpiece you did mate, I will never understand understand why they don’t do a remake like this especially with the graphics

This is damn near flawless. The audio of the statue waking up is missing and the statue kicking the bomb was hilarious 😆 Funny thing is that's not a bad mechanic for a more interesting fight. As usual your love for your work shows, this is amazing if ever Nintendo does remake OOT to this standard of graphics I hope they bring you on. How many areas have you managed to complete so far? Part of me wonders if you complete enough parts maybe they will give you a chance. I don't know, either way keep up the great work, great content and continue to inspire us.
This is absolutely amazing I love seeing one of my favourite childhood games get brought back to life with modern tech. Do you think you'll do a Majora's Mask remake after you finish with this project because I think that would be incredible Majora's Mask is my favourite game ever.
Awesome as always. Your work is gettin better and better, the graphics loik fantastic! Only thing I noticed was, that, when Link was pushing the statue, his feet where disappearing in the ground. But thats just something, that somehow always catches my eye. Even in AAA-Games 😅
Some things are kinda neat, like the fire being traced onto the ground from the Beamos' laser....but if you want good feedback, the environment lacks essential detail and does not look even like a current-gen game. You need more assets on the screen, at the very least displacement maps that will add definition to the ground and walls. It looks greatly as if you just imported the N64 geometry and put simple dirt textures on them. Honest feedback from an environment artist.
Yeah the map is definitly not finished yet, i havent added small rocks yet and other details, everything will clash together once i finished part 2 , i will fix definitly alot of things 😁😁 but thanks for your feedback !
All these years went by and he is still cruising tediously, making the childhood dungeons. It is commendable, but he is going to end at the retirement home before he starts the 3D mapping of the Fire Temple

Love it. But you gave the 10 year old in me anxiety wearing the deku shield throughout the dungeon.
The whole point is to demonstarte you can lose the shield in the CryzenX version. He had to prove he programmed that idea in.

I think this is the correct 3D graphics and gameplay for a Zelda game. What Rwanlink did with the celshading is a cool artwork spin too
