if u want to decrease 5k timing ...run 8-10 km , 2 days in weak and follow speed work-out by Ankit bhai...rest on sunday...u will see improvement

in easy words if u are running 5k right now increase your mileage 100-200 metres every next week... don't try to increase distance and speed immediately...u will see better results and will not be injured

I am also an athelete and I complete 10 km in 1 hour and 5 km in 27.27 min but when I do sprinting my stamina level decreases at very high level that I feel that I am going to die now
I am trying to pass POLICE IS ...BUT THERE IS PHYSICAL Exam YOU NEED TO run 5KM under 25Min...how it's possible... because I am not good at running 😢😢😢...
