Great explanation. I have never had a squib load either, but follow the same guidelines that you suggested. I mainly shoot 22 lr and 22 magnum. Aguila makes a very lightweight charge 22lr called Colibri. This is more prone to resulting in a squib load so I don’t use this in my Henry lever or Marlin bolt action. I just use it in my Rough Rider single action. I am debating buying the new Bar Keep, which looks like a lot of fun to shoot. The problem is the supply chain has slowed down and I wonder if increased manufacturing with newer hires might affect the reliability as you mentioned for ammo. Fortunately I have plenty of ammo so I have not bought any during the pandemic. I just ordered some CCI Quiet from the CCI website, so that will be a good test on your theory. Thanks for your informative videos. Do you ever do any shooting videos.?
