  • If the nipple is broken on the delivery pump of your Ford Diesel from 2011 - 2018 depending if its truck or van. The Nipple Repair Kit For the Ford Def Delivery Pumps, this kit is available from XeMODeX in Canada. I test the system before completing the job, and this part does work. I would strongly recommend this repair kit. It's a 3rd of the price of an aftermarket pump.
    This kit is designed for:
    2011 - 2015 Ford 6.7 Powerstroke F250, F350, F450 and F550
    2015 - 2018 Ford Transit 150, 250, 350 and 350 HD

I have tried this repair and while the nipple attachment is a great idea in principle the glue they provided does not hold and it failed after 4 days. Resulting in me having to remove the DEF tank all over again and replacing the pump. Hopefully others have more success with it but in my case the glue did not hold and failed despite following all the instructions. Xemodex has admitted that the glue is a potential issue.

Ours failed a year later...I guess its just an interm solution until you can actually get it fixed.

@@SouthdownGarage I bought a new pump, and a week later the dorman heater that I had just installed failed. Ironically, the whole reason that I broke the pump in the first place.
