Hello my friends, as requested by most of you to add Hiatal Hernia and to target this type of Hernia . If you have more time, you can also add this program ruclips.net/video/C3nOtF-DsuI/видео.html in conjunction to strengthen your core muscles and improve the mobility of your spine . Enjoy and Happy New Year!

Annie thank you for your successful help to my painful hiatal hernia. I had been suffering for 5 days using other naturopathic healer’s remedies. Not until I found you under “how to heal a hiatal hernia” did I find you and your technique and my symptoms disappeared. No more swelling. No more pain. The bulging hernia disappeared after the first pose. I am amazed and grateful. I do pray for your prosperity and good health so you can continue to serve all of God’s people. I praise Him for leading me to you.

I did this workout yesterday and last night was the first night in ages where I didn't have to sleep propped up. For the first time in months I didn't wake up to acid burning my chest. Absolutely incredible, I can't believe how much this has helped. My hernia has controlled my life for nearly 5 years, it's been utterly miserable. I am so excited about this. THANK YOU!!!!

In the past Ive had heart palpitations after meals, breathing problems, dizziness ,coughing up clear mucus and lightheaded. Did alot of blood test but doctors didn’t find anything. Years past and I started to put on a lot of weight. I went from 184 pounds two 248. I started to get really sick in March , symptoms include: gerd, weight loss, feeling full after eating really small amount, indigestion, regurgitation, always burping etc.
I was diagnosed with Hiatus Hernia in June. Omeprazole wasn’t helping im now on nexium for 2 months now. Im really depressed reading these comments make me feel good and bad. I hope we get the help and guidance we need. Ohh and im only 23 at 224 pounds atm.

I'm 24 and have been in a similar state. My mental issues began from the time i started experiencing these symptoms. It has been 6 years and i got so accustomed to the anxiety that I didn't realize that it's not my natural state. This was followed by more gastric and mental problems and weight gain. So yes, I see and understand what you're going through, it's all related. I will be trying these exercises out now. One thing that really helped me before this was watching what I eat after carefully observing what foods suited me and what didn't. I see you and things get better

Your guidance and my focus has helped me so much ...decompress my spine, lengthen and strengthen my torso, and target inner core muscles while giving hope that the hiatal hernia can close and diastis rectii can heal. I am in good shape from lifting weights. However it seems that still a weak core caused irritation in my abdomen. Take care. The half hour core and abs keeping these conditions in mind are valuable. Sincerely, Janet Thank you Annie.

Root cause is usually your back (poor posture has a big role in Hiatal hernia) if you notice daily that your sleeping position as well sitting position isn't right = you have a first answer + Pretty weak diaphragm can cause that. Usually these are the main two reasons. Personally for me it's my back = working with chiropractor helps a lot.
You need to train your back and diaphragm. and do daily 2x times these whole diaphragm exercises + back exercises + let chiropractor do manipulations (it's slow process because "muscles" "tissues") and try to understand when Your hiatal hernia poops double up... And avoid that.
Stress, Siting position, sleeping position etc.

I have just been diagnosed with a hiatal hernia. I'm lucky in that I have always remained slim into my 64th year. However, my stomach area, above waist, is always swollen due to the hernia. I used to do yoga regularly.. Bikram. I was trying to do some yoga poses at home the other day and I got a cramp in that area above waist. I'm guessing this must be to do with the hernia as I have never had cramp there before. It was awful and took a while for me to massage it out. Is this because those muscles are weakened? It's hard to know what to do for the best. I'm always so bloated and swollen above my waist.

Hi Annie, I've watched this video and read the comments (impressive) from those suffering with Hiatal hernia. I will be trying these exercises staring tomorrow. I have a question, I was told that bridge pose is not good for hiatal hernia as it encouraged and pushes it up even more when your hips and but are lifted off the floor. Your response please. I have just subscribed to your channel. Thank you!

There is a much easier way. Just drink a couple glasses of water and jump up and down for a couple minutes to jiggle the stomach back down to its normal position.
Forty years ago, I did an activity which forced part of my stomach up through or past the diaphragm. It was a couple months later that I suddenly started having severe stomach pains. I was initially misdiagnosed by a doctor as having ulcers. It was a couple of years of misery before I realized that the doctor was wrong and I had gastric reflux disease, or GERD. Often, GERD happens naturally without a clear cause. Normally, the esophagus sphincter and the diaphragm sphincter muscles line up and reinforce each other. If part of the stomach is pushed or pulled up through the diaphragm, the sphincter muscles don’t line up and stomach acid can more easily leak into the esophagus, causing GERD.
Other people suggest drinking warm or hot water to relax the muscles, I would suggest cold water so the heavy water will stay in the stomach longer. I would also suggest doing it first thing in the morning so the water won’t affect the digestion process on other food. It may take a repeat on a few successive days for the esophagus to adapt to the new longer length for the stomachs in its new proper position. I would repeat the process anytime I got heartburn or acid taste in my mouth. I have been trouble free for over 35 years now. I later learns of a gastroenterologist in Michigan who recommends this process also; maybe others now also.
The body needs strong hydrochloric acid in the stomach to trigger the esophageal sphincter to close, to break down bulk foods generally, and to specifically separate protein into the amino acid components to be effectively absorbed into the blood stream from the intestines for use by our body. Most or all GERD medicines block the production of or neutralize the hydrochloric acid which then interferes with protein digestion and interferes with esophageal sphincter closing.

Can a hiatal hernia cause blood pressure to go up after eating and heart to race? I’m experiencing this and was diagnosed with a hiatal hernia in December.
