    Thank you for being one of the few doctors that mention difficulty breathing and heart attack mimicking. It's one of the scariest episodes I've ever had with my hiatal hernia. It's even scarier when the doctor tells you there's nothing wrong with your heart and you're still fainting and vomiting. I hope to get a procedure soon!

    Thank you, so very much! There is a fine line between self diagnosis and gathering legitimate information that supports clear symptoms! I am currently at odds with my well respected GP over my symptoms and he has denied my assumption of a hiatal hernia. He has prescribed medications that are basically anti acids, which have always been detrimental to my problem. I capitulated (temporarily) and told him I will take the RX for his 2 week trial but if I have my expected issues, I will continue to handle this in accordance with your methods that are more in keeping with my holistic approach to self care. This video was “channeled” at exactly the right time and I am grateful❣️

      @@Synergywellnessny addendum: The meds he prescribed are: Omeprazole and sucralfate. After reading the side effects, which can cause quite serious conditions such as acute tubulointerstitial nephritis and a long list of others, I will NOT put either of them in my body. I am going to research chiropractors in my area and, armed with your video, seek their help. Thank you, again, for saving me from an RX dilemma❣️

    In the past Ive had heart palpitations after meals,breathing problems, dizziness ,coughing up clear mucus and lightheaded. Did alot of blood test but doctors didn’t find anything. Years past and I started to put on a lot of weight. I went from 184 pounds two 248. I started to get really sick in March , symptoms include: gerd, weight loss,feeling full after eating really small amount,indigestion,regurgitation,always burping etc.
    I was diagnosed with Hiatus Hernia in June. Omeprazole wasn’t helping im now on nexium for 2 months now. Im really depressed reading these comments make me feel good and bad. I hope we get the help and guidance we need. Ohh and im only 23 at 224 pounds atm.

    Hiatal hernia is usually diagnosed through CT scan. You don’t need endoscopy. That’s too invasive of a test. You need to go to Gastroenterology. Maybe these exercises help but it can become life threatening so you need to mention going to the emergency room if signs of fever, vomiting, not being able to keep your food down, excessive belching, and severe abdominal pain happen.

    I was just diagnosed with a hiatal hernia and esophagitis after an upper GI endoscopy. I don't have any symptoms such as reflux or difficulty swallowing... My symptoms are more in line with IBS/ SIBO. Bloating, gas, intermittent constipation/ bulky, light colored stools, diarrhea... I am seeing a gastroenterologist to figure out what all is happening with me, and to get treated. I exercise, eat nutritiously, weigh 118 lbs. and don't drink or smoke.

      This is so interesting!! I started experiencing SIBO/IBS symptoms as well. Been treating it as if it's SIBO, hoping it improves. I was told I had a hiatal hernia during an endoscopy a few months back while they were trying to figure out what was wrong with me. Fast forward they are saying it's not consistent with a hiatal hernia and it's a ossified bony mass(whatever tf that is) My SIBo and bacterial overgrowth test did come back positive so idk.

    I haven’t been diagnosed with a hiatal hernia per se, but I get pressure/a dull ache in the lower sternum and diaphragm area, chronic burping, and nausea. I have no idea what else it could be. I've had gastritis and an ulcer in the past, but this feels different from my experience with those conditions. If I sit it makes it worse, and I seem to get relief by deep breathing, stretching on the monkey bar at the park, and gently pushing my stomach down, and this morning I got more gurgling than usual from gently pushing down, but the nausea in the mornings is really bad. Seeing a chiropractor in my area for this issue in two weeks, hoping he can help. Thanks for your videos.

    One treatment for a hernia is getting a neck adjustment. C3, C4, C5, keeps the diaphragm alive! The phrenic never controls the diaphragm and runs down C3, C4, and C5. An unadjusted neck can put pressure on the phrenic nerve causing the diaphragm to open and allow the stomach to slide up. Most likely the neck is subluxated and an adjustment and manual pulling down of the stomach will help. I know this works from personal experience. Not all chiropractors will know this for some reason.

It was most certainly caused by my small hiatal hernia with a big hiatal defect which now been fixed with surgery 4 days ago, but I'm still having these SOB symptoms. Is it normal to have them cause I'm a bit shocked and distraught. I was hoping this would pay off all this time. I have to say that after 2 months of blood tests, ultrasound and CT scan the health care system had no idea what my problem was. I had issues with enzymes from the liver x7 and pancreas x2 out of level.
    After watching this video I realised this is what I have. So I started doing gentle squats, rubbing downward from the ribs and pushing my belly out. I felt a tearing feeling as my stomach moved back down to where it should be. A bit scary because it hurt but after 15mins rest I started to feel normal.
    My Hiatal Hernia effected my life a lot! I can now eat properly, exercise and even have sex again 🙏 thank you! I really just thought it was old age setting in (36 yrs old) 😂❤🎉 the exercise described in this video really helped. I will keep them up now for three months and see how I go. Thanks again!

      That's how my GI doctor found the "small hiatal hernia" from having EGD 4/27/2023.

    • @Synergywellnessny
      @Synergywellnessny  18 часов назад

      @tommac21 lol, real doctors. As opposed to what? "Real" doctors as you call them learn in medical school (funded by big pharma) so yea they learn medications to prescribe and surgery.
      Ps- chiropractors are real doctors that are recognized by Medicare and research and graduate from college with a doctorate after getting a bachelor's degree. DC doctor of chiropractic, MD medical or medicine doctor, DPT doctor of physical therapy. Now I get your point. Why from chiropractor??? Because I specialize in this condition, I also have a patented device backed by research amd science. Medical doctors and gastrointestinal docs don't know everything.
