Heal drop method after drinking water is by far the safest most effective way to get that stomach back in place along with these diaphragm strengthening exercises. Where physically jamming the hernia back in place can be very dangerous. You'll know quickly when that stomach is back in place. No gerd, no extra gas, no belching, no upward pressure into your chest.
@@David-up2yg This is for if you have a hiatal hernia. You can search RUclips for heel drop and you'll find a few videos. Another way is a tennis ball but again I can't explain this. You have to see a video. The heel drop is the best. Also if your hernia slides up into your chest cavity and puts pressure it can literally make you think you are having a heart attack. This is where the tennis ball comes in handy.
@@rem1762 What do i do for reflux? It's been with me for a long time and I've taken omeprasole for 10 years every morning. Whenever I forget it or stop, the burning pain comes back. Is there a fix for this through exercise? I was not aware of this. When I go to the endoscopy they don't find it, but at the ultrasound they say it is hiatus hernia.
@@David-up2yg If you're overweight lose the weight. Go to Dr Bergs youtube channel and look into keto. Stop snacking. Before meals mix a 3/4 of a half a teaspoon of cayenne ground powder in a small glass of water before eating. This will help digest the food and naturally close off the esophagus. Three meals a day.
These exercises are great, i have been waiting for something like this, they are easy to do, thank you..
Looks ok to do, but adding more direction for how many repetitions or stretch time length would help.
The reps are up top after each exercise is introduced 😊
@@sledns5367 Thanks. Was using phone to watch and missed that somehow. I do need new glasses.
do you ship to Europe
I wish you come to uk doc.
Thank you
Has anyone used the reflux shield? Does it help?
Yes!!! I've had mine now for 3 months! It works!!!! I love it! I'm so glad I bought it!
How do we order it
I have been drinking water while fully inverted.
This is no good for those of us whose symptoms worsen when we lay on our backs!!
I am going to try this but yes I agree. I have a cough attack as soon as I lay like this. I have been sleeping elevated for 4 years.
Why does my gastrologist say a hiatal hernia does cause heart burn?
I think you meant does not. I have no idea why these gastro docs who specialize in this habe zero clue if the body and how it works! It's shocking
@ it’s frustrating, because they just give me pills that work sometimes
