Yo bro love ur content I wanted to ask u is doin exercises like this okay after a workout like when u done done and u give like 10 mins then do that Is okay okay postive effects or not too And on more thing I just started to stop smoking and back to boxing I wanted to know is this good to remove nicotine and if there's special exercises ~ wont recommend me cuz I low key 😅got so sad goin yesterday realizing I missed my self up
