- This 5 minute miracle class will help you clear your head, calm the body and let go of any tension or stress that you've been carrying through your day. This is a beginner yoga class that will release tension from the hips, back and shoulders and it can be done anywhere even in your own bed.
Do you suffer from sleepless nights? Do you feel like your mind won't shut off when it's time for bed? These are common problems we all experience living in our culture and society. Our minds are constantly engaged... thinking, working, over analyzing everyday problems. Taking 5 min out of your evening and winding down before bed time is one of the best ways to shut the mind off and allow your body to have the full rest it deserves.
Turn the lights low, get into your pjs and take the next 5 min to let go and relax!

I often like most of us in this modern world have a long time to unwind and get sleepy enough to fall asleep. (Even with bedtime reminders, dim lighting, mindfulness on simulation). This practice at the end of the week I felt truly ready to pass out at the end of our Shavasana.

So well made! I've never done yoga but this just helps me get through the stressful 10 hours + of work everyday. The forest and beach backgrounds take me away from the concrete jungles instantly. Hope to see more beginner versions!
The 1st night i did this i fell into a deep sleep. One i haven't experienced since years ago due to stress and school and messed up sleep schedule. I was so relaxed and rejuvenated even with waking up early (so 6hrs sleep). Now i sleep earlier and look forward to this routine. Nearly a week so far n it's helped me so much already ❤

So I’m super new to yoga and I thought it was silly because it’s often made fun of but honestly I’ve never been in a more relaxed and amazing mindset which sounds odd but depending on what yoga I do depends on what mindset I have it’s really good and I’m feeling slot less stiff

I really liked your video, it's a great routine, and your voice is very relaxing. The only thing that would make it better would be if you gave us 1 or 2 seconds to enjoy the stretch. I just keep stopping the video to really get a good stretch. Thank you, I'm going to watch it again tomorrow night.
K.C. Carlisle I agree, way too fast-paced. Fewer postures held for longer would be better for sleep. I felt rushed and now I’m stressed before bed. 😅 lol

Just did this for the first time tonight. I was assuming I'd have to do this on my mat. I didn't watch first and just went straight into trying it, but now that I know I can do this in bed I may actually do this video one more time before I actually get into bed to sleep. :)

Amazing i feel so relaxed that dead body pose also torso twist is what i needed i gt horrible back pain....but since i been doing yoga my pain in my back, shoulder, neck has subsided mayb to 90 percent and i no longer deal with chronic headaches again was dealing with pain for about 2 years, think was my stress related i no longer need to take pain medication im so happy about that

I kind of forgot this video existed. I made it a mental health goal to get at least 10 minutes of exercise per day and to drink at least 2 bottles of water a day. Today I found myself incredibly stressed and anxious. and when I got the reminders on my phone about water and exercise, I realized I was dehydrated and hasn't moved today. so I drank some water and because moving felt so hard, I decided to do yoga in bed. and suddenly my mood went from a 3 to an 8. thanks for all the work you do! I'm off to find another video
