    For those who find it cumbersome to watch the whole video, here's the crux:
    1. Luke warm lemon water(500 ml)
    2. Breakfast: Oatmeal with chia seeds(soaked overnight in water). In the morning add apple, banana, 4-5 almonds, mixed seeds(pumpkin, flaxseeds etc.), a few Raisins, cocoa powder, 1/2teaspoon muesli.
    Pre workout: 1 piece of dark chocolate (90% dark) and one cup black coffee
    Then exercise for an hour and a half.
    Post workout: protein shake.
    Second Breakfast : 1 orange and 2 hardboiled eggs.
    Lunch: sabzi(paneer matter), lots of salad and multigrain roti.
    Then 30 minutes later take apple cider vinegar with water.
    Evening Snacks: Black coffee+ peanut butter sandwich( brown bread)
    Then in the mall she ate a healthy sub.
    Dinner: 1 bowl Dal + Salad
    1 omega 3 capsule after dinner.
    Before Bed : Green tea
    Tips:
    Keep drinking water
    For emergency snacking, always keep some nuts packed with you.

      Hamto subha nashte me lete he do roti or sabzi or ek mag chaye or do tost ye hamara nshta he bas
      Iske bad 5 ya 6 baje khana usme bhi 2 ya 3 roti or sabzi bas is ke bad chaye ek magg ziyada tar hamara yehi khana rehta he

      Fir bhi mujhe pcod he or khatam nhi horaha he kafi dawa khachuke he ab homeopathic dawa chalrahi he usse bhi koi fayeda nhi he or me mitha ziyada khatihu

      Huma you should try cutting all carbs but just for ten days. No roti at all. Have eggs, grilled chicken, cauliflower rice etc. Also, make sure you have 30 ml of apple cider vinegar with mother every day. Do this just for ten days and see if there's any difference.

      @@shumailaaltaf4786 when I reduce carb from my diet I feel weakness throughout the day and if cut for 3-4 days continue tab to bistar pakad leta hu.

      It's because, she had protein shake as post-workout plus she did exercise with the right way, we usually go to Gym and make ourselves tired by doing various useless exercises which doesn't really have any positive impact on our body! And one important factor is; once you are done with your good workout, you should eat/drink something healthy and nutritious, so then you will feel that energy too :)

    One thing I must say that I rely on you. If you say that something is healthy, I become sure of it. And any diet seen elsewhere is not as reliable as yours. You are not making anyone starve to lose weight unlike others. A very perfect plan and I love it, the varieties, the whole day routine. Thanks a lot for all this and hope you will bring more of your daily diet plans. Just as this one.✌👍

    Few suggestions- Avoid cooking your food in non stick cookers, avoid packing your food in aluminium foil and plastic tiffin boxes and lastly using microwave makes food very hamful...

      Also, preparing the entire day's meal early in the morning and microwave it to eat at 11pm?? Not advisable at all.. Instead soak Dal n rice for 6-8 hours (before leaving for work) and cook it once you are back from work. It will hardly take 10min as it has been soaked for so long.. infact, soaking will make it, way more healthy.

    This is more like a vlog than a diet video . And the foods are healthy but I feel it’s a lot to eat in a day . Maybe it just depends and varies from person to person.

    Thanks, every thing was fine. I ‘ll definitely add in my routine. With that I must suggest u that don’t consume omega3 at sleeping time. Always take it with ur breakfast. Thanks

      @@mobin.a just take a good and very healthy diet+40mins walk every day! During Periods 20mins is also very enough! I take 600cal per day.. as, i am just 14 but, it works for me! And avoid eating any processed food! And in a week 2 days i take for only water intake! U can eat cucumber, watermelon and muskmelon, In those 2 days! This works for me i have added the cucumber diet from last 1week and lossed 3kgs in a week with it! Try it for 1day and share your results of the weight loss.. u can loss upto 1.5kgs perday but please do it only twice a week! Thank me later😁

    Choti choti meals lene me bht help milti h. Mjhe b prblm h as Doctors prescribe don't eat too much at the same time. Take small meal in every 2-2.5 hrs. She is right but i 'll follow my diet meals as my doctor prescribed me. Everyone has different lifestyle and prblms.

    There are lots of options with minimum spending. You spend alot. You can replace oats with Dalia it is equally beneficial. Similarly you can cutout many things to your weightloss journey. It seems that your weightloss journey is targets only specific people not everyone.

    Too much eating , hmari dait 1 glaas lemon water in morning 1 cup milk 1 bold egg 2 dates,lunch chota pratha wih dall or sabzi 100 grm yogur, tea break time fruts or nuts green tea,and dinner chicken tikka with suice ,sleeping time green tea for waight loss, 10 mint walk in a morning 10 mint evning

      Yes Neha...u r right...Not saying that what she shown us is not good but not for everyone....But its also true sh's just showing what she does in her daily life ...she has made a routine juggling her office time and other responsibilities ..if u want to make urself healthy and lose some weight make your own routine ..for example -Follow her eating diets and Do some home workouts ,even sweeping , mopping, cleaning the house is good workout for housewives, then make some foods for yourself and family ..eat take rest ... i think if you have Will you will find your way around your works ...I hope this advice will be helpful..🙂

    This is a realistic diet plan. For al those who feel it's possible to do al this only if u r unemployed. NO. I workout almost evryday, try to eat healthy, cook all my meals myself and do all the chores too. We underestimate the 24 hours that we have in a day

    The video was superb, but you lost me at "Nirmal breakfast lga do" when you have so much of time for gym and everything, I think you can at least get your own breakfast from the kitchen :)

      She works in an office and I'm pretty sure if her boss tells her to do something, she does it and earns money for that hardwork, same way he obeys her and gets paid for his hardwork. I'm pretty sure you also don't throw your kachra yourself every morning, the kachre wali does that for you and you pay her, does that mean you don't respect her

    Hi Gunjan, the video was really good and informative.Even I do follow these things but only problem what I saw in your video is timings. People generally dont hv much time to do all these.Some1 have to reach office by 9 o'clock or 9.30 a.m and returning home by 9.30. This is a challenge. Every1 cant manage to go to office at 11.a.m.Nothing to demotivate you.You are really doing great.

    1.chia seeds kaunsi company ka use karte ho aap and agar ham breckfast me chia seeds na le sake to fir kab lena chahiye?
    2. Green tea agar rat ko leni ho to usme lemon and honey use kar sakte hai??

    Overall ok option of meals good. Lemon doesn't suit every1 it's acidic and proportion also matters alot and dinner time it's late protein BHI sabko digest nahi hota like Dal .

    So many meals in a day may not be good for everyone, it keeps your insulin level high always. Modern dietitians suggests Intermittent Fasting and few number of meals per day. OMAD and 2MAD is really gaining popularity because of immense health benefits.

    This is not for us.. Our office timing is 8 hrs and sometimes even more excluding the lunch break.. Moreover u have a cook who prepares ur meals, but I have to do every works by myself..😥😥

    Chill office and team mates who played along with the video. Thanks for sharing your routine. So many people took offense that this is costly and not practical. I agree, coz that's reality. If people are smart to acknowledge these things, I would encourage everyone to take a step back, and start questioning why is rice/wheat cheap. Why high protein sources are usually costly, and how did our Indian diet system end up consuming so much carbs. Think about what demand looks like from billion+ population on a daily basis, and which crop makes more sense to produce with low cost and max yield. Over population is just the start. Another way to look at this is by tracing back how your food you eat today was made, it brings such new perspective. It also reminds us how important were the values passed down by our ancestors, which are now missing. But hey, we can always build back and bounce stronger. :) I'd encourage ppl to do your own research in addition to what you see, it gives you that extra trust which doesn't come from just watching RUclips videos/comments. If you are someone who can trust RUclips videos blindly, go for it, don't stop. Next, don't get discouraged because of your weight. If you are reading this, you are beautiful no matter what shape you are in today or tomorrow. Self love is the first step in becoming better, it makes you positive, thereby minimising stress hormones like cortisol which hampers your weight loss. Acknowledging a problem is the next step. It can be overwhelming, but it is completely normal. Take a small goal to start with. Losing 1 kg in 2 weeks. Start figuring out how and what you should do to gradually minimize carb intake and maximizing everything else. Keep tweaking it until you achieve it. Keep researching and keep learning every day about nutrition. see how much protein your body needs per day, and see what you need to eat to accomplish them. In the process, if you realise eating right matters the most than weight loss, you will appreciate life better. :)

      She is focused on being physically healthy and that means consuming proper food in gaps according to a person and his needs, she is sharing how she got fit and what helped her. If you see other videos she's cooking as well, some people can't manage to cook by themselves and I think that's okay! If we can't relate to a certain person we must not put them down by saying negative things & can simply ignore it.
      These are hard times and we should be kind and supportive to each other. 😊

    This is good for those who doesn't have other responsibilities like cooking by own no servant,school going children, inlaws+working efficiently in office more than 7hrs and aspiring aspirants for promotion, working husband who have different shift other than wife etc etc etc good for you actually not useful for all but yes eating and exercise should be hand in hand , thanks for that info

      Hot water destroys the vitamin C in lemon, vitamin C is a heat sensitive vitamin, better have the lemon in mild warm water.
